Althea just continue talking in Marathon.
Batchi was sitting at the visitors chair looking up rolling her eyes...she put her 2 hands on her neck chocking her self .
Althea looked at Batchi forcing not to laughed. "If you dont move out of here now ...you will see these hands doing you a favor."
Batchi straightened looked up again and say " My God! Why did you turned my Bestfriend into A Monster?"
Althea just smiled at Batchi and shakes her head. She looked at some papers and started to dial another number. To which Batchi stopped her this time she speaks seriously. " Hold on please...can we talk first Ms Independent? "
" I am not against you working so hard but I think you are going too much now. You hardly rest and our staff..they are so overworked too, I hear some complaints now...and those are not just ranting but valid concerns. "
Althea looked at Batchi she gave it a careful thought.
"Yeah I know Batchi but we just need to adjust, to be honest I dont know where are those clients coming but they are just flocking here...and which means we are doing a great Job. And most of them came here thru word of mouth and referrals so it is really something to be happy about coz they like our work and I got too many positive feedback...having said that, doesn't it motivates you to work harder?" Althea looking at Batchi though she knows the other Woman is not convinced.
" You are working so hard because you are lonely...that's your motivation...so get real okay?"
"Why not get back to Cathleen she still loves you and you still communicates with her right or...did you ever consider looking for Jade? Will you get a life ?" batchi was serious
" Batchi I got you okay but I am fine...i already accepted the fact that there are things that are bound to happen...so this time I am not going to fight it...I will let God lead me to where my fate is ...well atleast in finding Love."
Althea smiles and pinch Batchi's nose "so Chill and please leave now...have a lot of things to do."
Batchi turns her back and put her hands in the air in surrender
Althea sat there quietly and thoughts came back to her exactly 14 months ago...her heart was so heavy sending Cathleen off. She gave her a tight hugged and a quick kiss on the cheek. Casually say their Goodbyes not trying to be dramatic. She told her to never turn to look back at her cause she might not let her go....She watched as Cathleen went inside the Departure Area door . Her vision was blurred because of her tears she doesn't know where she's going...She just drives. She found her self in a beautiful church in Tagaytay. She went inside and for so long she has not kneeled and prayed but now she

Except God. She kneeled and closed her eyes " Lord help me get over this pain...i am tired of fighting for Love...now i am just letting you just lead me where my fate is." She stayed there enjoying the silence. Her heart lighten and she decided to go home.
That night she cried missing Cathleen but was able to sleep soundly.
Althea take a deep breath. " get your self back to work" she told herself.

She went to the Elevator , As a VIP guest she was accompanied by an attendant . A group of Executive joined them. She was busy checking her phone. when she saw a familiar face looking just as surprised as her.
