Chapter 18

I made my way back to the pub to meet max. I hope nothing happens with Rita, I don't have anything against her really, more against Steven. She didn't know anything...well, she didn't know it was me.

I could see Max sitting at the bar so I headed over to him...

"Max!" I said
"Amelia, you look amazing" he said making me blush, "what would you like to drink?"
"Um...white wine?" I replied
"Can I have a pint of carling and a large white wine?" He asked the woman at the bar
"Make it a small please?" I said to the woman
"Really? A small!" He said, astonished
"I don't want to get drunk!" I replied laughing
"So...how were your brothers?"
"well...Caleb..." I said and then told him the whole story.
"Really? I hope he's not that protective all the time" said Max
"Me too!" I said

I think I really like Max...

After a few more drinks Max asked me if I wanted to go back to his...in which I replied yes...

"oh and by the way, I share this house with Robyn and Lofty. Is that okay?" He asked
"Of course! Can I have a glass of water please?"
"Sure, are you sure just water?"
"You've already got 3 glasses of wine down me!" I said laughing

Max then got me a bottle of water out of their fridge.

Then, he walked even closer...and kissed me....I kissed back....

"Do you want to head upstaires?" He asked while kissing me.
"Yeah" I replied...
