"I had a great time," I said as we came out of the undergrowth and into my backyard. I led him through the side of the house and into the front so my dad didn't ask questions.
"I had a great time to," he said and kissed me lightly. "I have to go." He said, I nodded and he walked to his house. I walked into my house and whent up to my room. I got out my laptop and opened video chat. I clicked on my best friend Britney's name. It poped up a image of her in her living room back home. She has dark blond hair and blue eyes.
"Hey whats up I haven't herd from you for so long. Whats it like down there?" she said.
"Its great down here there's lots of bush that I can run in. And I met a guy," I said, she gasped.
"Thats awesome is he cute? Give me details," she demanded.
"He is cute and he is like me," I said.
"Do you mean that he can also shift into a cat?" She said excitedly, yes I told her what I can do she's my best friend.
"Ya when.." I told her the her the hole story. "And we mite of kissed alot, I finally found someone I can relate to," I said. She squealed.
"I'm so happy for you, did you do eney thing else," she said.
"Britney!" I screamed at her.
"Sorry, sorry," She apologized then asked. "So what else is going on?"
"Well I'm going on a date with him tomorrow," I said, then she squealed agan, I herd her dad yelling in the distance
"Sorry, I got to go," she said and logged off. I sat back in my spiny chair, what to do, what to do I thought getting bored.
Eco: I want to go hunting for some real meat
Me: really like what?
Eco: I feel like some dear right about now
Me: ok, but you owe me
I walked down stairs and whent outside I shifted, and ran through the undergrowth.
Eco: lets go near Maya's house there's lots of deer there.
Me: okay.
I turned detection to Maya's house and ran.

We were near Maya's house and there was lots of cliffs so thare was most likely deer around. I smelled the air, I smelled deer, I new thare was deer hear I thought.
Eco: you mean I new thare was deer hear
Me: ya, ya, ya
I fallowed the sent and 5 tail lanthes ahead of me was a deer grazing. I crept forward and when I was 2 tail lengths away I leaped onto the deers back. It tried to run away but I tackled it the ground, and quickly killed it. I bent in and bit into it, chewed it and swallowed it.
Eco: yum thats some good deer
Me: yes, yes it is
I finished the deer and licked my lips. A rustle of the leaves caught my attention, I turned around to see Maya starring at me, eyes wide, probably wondering why a cougar has spots. I sat down and licked my paw and washed my face with it. She was just standing there, I got up and slowly walked forward. She braided herself for a attack, I tilted my head in confusion.
Me: should I shift in front of her?
Eco: yes
Me: are you sher?
Eco: just do it
I sighed, and shifted back, Maya steped back.
"Elisa, what are you?" she said.
"Its okay, I can shift into a cat and shift back," I said slowly, choosing my words carefully.
"So have you always been able to do that," zhe said trying to hide the fear.
"Since I turned 13, and you don't have to fear me. I'm the same person I was before," I said. She was silent for a long time.
"So how does it work? And can eney one els shift?" She asked.
"Well to shift into a cat I think of well becoming a cat, and to shift back I think of becoming human. And um...David is the same as me," I said.
"So thats why you like him so much," she teased, I rolled my eyes.
"Where still friends right?" I said and brazed myself for rejection.
"Where still friends. You just have to tell me everything that happens, deal?" She said.
Me: that was surprising
Eco: I agree
"Deal," I said laughing.
"Daniel's having a party form me at his house, and I can invite everyone I want, so you want to come, its tomorrow," she asked.
"Sher, thanks," I thanked her. "I should probably be getting home." She nodded and I shifted, she flinched back. I flicked my tail in goodbye and turned and ran towards my house. Im going to ask David if we can go to her party insted of going to the Blend. I'm cinda glad I told her I thought.
