As I was walking out of first period i saw malik coming up to me smiling and i just couldn't put on a fake smile like everythings ok when in reality it's not.
"Hey" malik said smiling at me.
"Hey" i said not smiling back at him.
"Whats wrong"?
"Darren"
"What did he touch you"? Malik asked angrily.
"No he asked me back out again and----"
"What did you say"? Malik asked cutting me off.
"I said no of course but he said that I'll come back to him because I always do"
"Look as long as I'm here you dont have to worry about him or the person he made you be" malik said smiling dowwn at me.
"Ok" i said smiling back.
"Alright I'll walk you to your next class" malik said and just like that malik made me feel safe and happy again.

So malik walked me to all my classes today just to make sure I don't run back into darren again and we skipped lunch today to go home and I'm sad that candice didn't come to school today she would have comforted me or tell darren off again.
"You ok"? Malik asked me while we got out the car.
"Yeah I'm just tired" i told malik while rubbing my eyes.
"Ok well get some sleep" malik said while opening the front door. "I'll just go grab something to eat"
"Ok" i told malik before he left and times like this i need my best friend candice so I called her

Candice- omg you do now im definitely going tommorrow
Me- but theirs a problem
Candice- what
Me- darren know
Candice- my dads calling my name I gotta go but omg darren know hes gonna try to ruin this for you between you and malik you know that right
Me- yeah i know
