Chapter 7: The New Team

Selina had begged Bruce to show her the Batcave. "Please Bruce. I just want to see it. I promise I won't press any red buttons. Wouldn't want to blow us up right." She said with sarcasm. He said,"Yeah. We wouldn't want to do that." She looked at him kinda scared as he led her to his father's office.

"Well, I guess this is where all the excitement happens huh? Last night we had some fun in here, your parents probably made you in here, and now the entrance to the Batcave is in here too. What's next? Are you gonna show the entrance to the underworld?" She laughed and he did too but then he said,"As soon as you step foot in here, things are serious. I have highly dangerous weapons stored in here and lots of buttons. So in other words, don't touch anything."

"Fine." She said with disappointment. "What other restrictions am I getting Master Bruce?" She said mocking Alfred. He sighed and tilted a book on his father's book shelf. He stepped two steps back and grabbed Selina by the arm. "Might wanna watch out." He said,"Wouldn't want a girl as pretty as you to get squished by a book shelf would we?" She blushed and he ended up slowly moving his hand down her arm until he had linked his fingers with hers.

He led the way through the dark tunnel that led to a clear tube. Next to the tube was a panel that Bruce had placed his hand on. Apparently it was a hand scanner. The tube opened and he gestured for Selina to step in as any gentleman would. The floor began to slide down in the tube. "This is a weird elevator." She thought. Then it came to a stop and the tube opened once more. He gestured for her to exit first and as she stepped out she stared in aw.

It really was a bat cave. She thought he had just called it that, but there really were bats that lined the top of the cave. He grabbed her hand once more and started leading her. "There's something I think you'll want to see." He said with a smirk on his face. She replied with a smirk as well,"I thought I saw everything I wanted to see last night." She stopped walking and did her innocent pose like she had done the night before.

Bruce couldn't resist when she did that.  Every time she did he got the urge to kiss her, and that's what he did. He looked her in the eyes and stepped closer. Then he grabbed her by the waist and pulled her closer. Their lips met and he felt the electricity. He got the tingling feeling he wanted on his tongue. Then after a few minutes of their make out session they stopped.

He looked into her eyes again and she melted. She couldn't help but feel tingly when he did that. Then he grabbed her hand again and continued walking. "Here she is!" He said. Men and their expensive vehicles. Treat them better than their women. He was gesturing her attention toward a giant vehicle. She couldn't tell exactly what it was.

Then Bruce began describing it,"It has infinite rounds on the machine guns attached to the side. It has autopilot and I can enter a location and control it from here. It is a mixture of all vehicles, it's a car, a jet, and a sub marine. I call her the Bat." He looked back at Selina with a wide grin on his face. She looked mad, maybe disappointed, maybe jealous. Bruce couldn't tell.

He said,"What's wrong?" with a concerned look on his face. She replied,"Nothing. It's just that you talk about the Bat better than you talk about your Cat." She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms and began to pout. He said,"If I had to choose between you or this entire Batcave I would choose you. You're beautiful, amazing, funny, sweet, you have an attitude, and you're damn good in bed. I would have to be an idiot to give you up." She smiled and began blush. She uncrossed her arms and wrapped them around his neck as she kissed him.

When they finally stopped she stepped back holding his hands with a smirk on her face. "Hey batty," She said in an innocent tone. "You know what I think?" She continued and began biting her lip. "I think we should work together from now on. You know, as a team."
