One year later

"How are you feeling, Karls?" I smiled, sitting down on the bed. Today was the day of Karlie and Josh's wedding. They rented out a house in Rhode Island and the wedding would be on the beach. They had brought their families and friends. Adam and I had gotten here a day earlier to help with everything since I was the maid of honor and Adam was Josh's best man. Karlie had been super excited about this. They had decided to have a long engagement because Josh was busy and they had a hard time finding time so since he would finish traveling the world for at least three years they decided to wait but now the day was here.

"I want to see my man already and put a ring on his finger." She giggled.

"It's almost time." I smiled at her, putting an arm around her shoulders.

"I'm nervous." She murmured, standing up and standing in front of the mirror looking down at her beautiful wedding dress.

"I'm sure that once you get out there and you see him, everything else will just disappear. You love him, it's normal to get nervous about this." I told her from behind, looking at her as she took deep breaths. A knock on the door interrupted the silence that had set in the room. The door opened and Karlie's dad popped up.

"Are you ready to go?" He asked, entering the room looking at his daughter. Karlie nodded her head, giving me a hug.

"I'm going to go out there then. I'll see you soon." I spoke walking towards the door. I ambled along the corridor to the beach. I spotted Adam standing on the other side so I grinned at my boyfriend as he winked at me. He looked so handsome in his suit and his eyes looked so pretty ever since this morning.

The ceremony began, the sound of the music playing and Adam and I walked together to the places we were supposed to be as best man and maid of honor.

"You look beautiful, babe." Adam whispered leaning closer so I could hear him as everyone's eyes were on us. I smiled at him and then we separated but my eyes were still fixed on his.

Karlie looked beautiful walking down the aisle. Josh was crying and it was probably the most adorable thing I had ever seen. I could see that Karlie was holding back tears too.

The moment when they began saying their vows was the moment when I actually lost it, I was crying listening to how they fell in love and how much they loved each other I mean that was one of my best friends right there. Adam was smiling at me, trying not laugh as I ruined my make up.

Everyone cheered as they had their first kiss as husband and wife, Adam wolf whistling at them making me laugh.

It wasn't long before we were at the reception having dinner and I could finally be with my boyfriend.

"Oh we're dancing to this one!" I said excitedly grabbing Adam's hand and dragging him to the dance floor as Shut up and dance by walk the moon started playing. We started dancing, doing the worst possible dance moves you could imagine as a lot more people joined us. The wedding was filled with almost every single friend that I had so it was even more awesome to be there. The song ended and a slower song started playing so I was starting to walk off the dance floor when Adam pulled me back, smiling at me. He wrapped his arms around my waist as mine went around his neck.

"It's going to be us one day, you know?" He murmured, glancing at Karlie and Josh.

"Yeah?" I rested my head on his chest, as he brought me closer.

"Obviously." He grinned. "I'd be crazy to not have you as my wife." He kissed my head, his lips lingering on it.

"Well, I'll look forward to it then." I smiled, reaching up to him so I could press my lips against his cheek. "Maybe after I release my album?" I suggested. My album was almost done and it wouldn't be long until the first single was released, less than a month.

"That's for me to figure out, baby. I'm the one buying a ring and I'll find the perfect time to pop the question." He laughed.

"There's no rush, you know? I already feel like we're married in some way. We've been living together for so long." I told him, after a few minutes smiling as we swayed to the song.

"You're right, T." He nodded his head as the song ended and we returned back to the table. "Want to go outside? We'll be back in time for karaoke." He grinned and I nodded my head. He took my hand and we walked along the beach until we reached the end of it, a huge house up the hill and I stared at it for a while. "What is it?" He asked when I stopped walking.

"I'm going to buy that house one day." I giggled at how ridiculous that sounded.

"You are? Can I live in it too?" He wrapped his arms around my waist from behind, kissing my neck as we both looked up at it.

"Of course, you idiot. You'll always live with me." I told him. "And besides, this will just be a beach house, our home will be somewhere else." I said, turning back and starting to walk to the reception.

"Where?" He laughed, walking next to me with arm around my shoulder.

"Anywhere. As long as you're with me, that's home." I stopped, turning to look at him with a smile.

"Home is where the heart lies." He murmured before we both burst out laughing.

"You are so lame, dude." I laughed but gasped when he picked me up throwing me over his shoulder and running towards the ocean. "Baby, no!" I screamed but of course he ran inside anyway and threw us both in the water. When I came back up, he was laughing. "It's so fucking cold! You asshole!" I yelled but I couldn't stop smiling. He walked to me, picking me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist. "You're so stupid. I swear." I shook my head, my forehead pressed against his as he smiled.

"You love me." He shrugged.

"I do." I nodded, smiling as I pressed my lips against his.
