Act like what?

"Like as if you can't stand on your own two feet."

Really?

"Yes! Do you even know what people are saying about you?"

What?

"That you're so immature, too childish, and too clingy."

Well, that's kind of funny.

"What?"

It's funny how people try to define a person they don't even know.

"That's beside the point. You need to quit being a drama queen."

And you need to learn how to not stick your nose into someone else's business.

"Wow, you're a bitch."

Tell me something I don't know.

"Your friends are just sucking up your attitude. You should thank them."

Thank them for pretending?

"They put up with you."

And so?

"So, the least you could do is to change."

Why would I change myself for them?

"Because they only want what's best for you."

And that includes pretending to like me?

"They knew you were lonely."

They were with me out of pity, not because of interest.

"You're not dumb, you knew."

Who says they're the only ones who can play pretend?
