Dodging Danger

"Oohh, missed me!"

"Ah!"

"Keep trying!"

"AH!"

"Got me there!"

"Oop, that was close"

"That was pretty great right--" Kid Danger laughed as he unwrapped his arms from Girl Danger and glanced at Captain Man, who laughed along. "I know right. Hey guys, guess what just happened--AAAHHHH! My nose!"

"Hey! Who threw that ball!" Girl Danger gasped, looking over at Schwoz, Jasper and Charlotte.

"Yeah, who! I mean--i'm okay. But who!" Captain Man exclaimed before straightening himself up.

"Eehhh, Charlotte!" Schwoz pointed at her, Charlotte stared at Schwoz in betrayal. "I didn't throw that ball!" She argued back, gripping the ball harder.

"You did too! She did!" Schwoz pointed more, his gaze moving to the three heros as they both moved further. "Jasper! You saw! Wasn't it Charlotte who---OH! My nose!" Schwoz tried to pull Jasper into argument but was met with a ball to the nose.

Girl Danger let out a laugh as Schwoz's hands flew to his bloody nose. Charlotte gave him a smug smile and walked past him. "THAT was me."

"Ahh! Lookit! My nose is bleeding! From both holes!" Schwoz held his palms up, the tips of his fingers bloody.

"Don't fret, Schwoz." Captain Man simply grabbed the back of Schwoz's coveralls and patted his shoulder, bringing him over to the automatic snack machine. "Captain Man knows how to fix a nose bleed."

"Two hot dogs, plain." Captain Man told the snack machine after hoisting Schwoz up to sit by the stairs. "Hot dogs?" Schwoz asked in confusion as he glanced over at Girl Danger, who just simply gave him a shrug.

"Two hot dogs. Plain." The automated snack machine voiced back, the little door sliding down revealing the two plain cold hot dogs.

"Hey Hen! Jess! Guess what i'm training for!" Jasper called out to Girl and Kid Danger who looked over from the couch.

"Uhhh, does it involve bouncing?" Kid Danger's eyes went to the trampoline, but gave Girl Danger a small smirk. She gave a giggle and glanced at Charlotte who gave a small shrug.

"Kindaaaa, lemme give you a hint." Jasper kept bouncing--Charlotte interrupted, plopping down next to Girl Danger. "He's training for a three-on-three Dodge-A-Leen tournament."

"Awwhhh! Your hint revealed to much!" Jasper got off the trampoline with a sigh, Captain Man looked over and away from Schwoz. "Hey, i've heard of Dodge-A-Leen"

"Oowwwiiee! Be gentle!" Schwoz groaned out as Captain Man pushed one of the hot dogs further in one of his nose holes. "Oh, hush." Captain Man put a hand on his shoulder and looked at the others.

"Isn't that basically just dodgeball on trampolines?" He asked as he turned back to Schwoz, oh no. the other hot dog.

"Pretty much."

"Yeah, thought so.." Captain Man stuffed the other hot dog into Schwoz's other nose hole. Kid Danger looked over at Jasper. "Wait, so, who are the two other players on your team?"

"Well, one is Piper--"

Kid Danger's eyes widened and he cut Jasper off with a raise of his eyebrows. "Wh-my little sister Piper?" His voice was full of suprise, i mean. Piper actually agreed to be on Jasper's team?

"Yeah, she's small, so it makes her hard to hit. And, she's naturally vicious." Jasper pointed at Kid Danger's chest. "That is true.." Kid Danger agreed as he thought about it.
