"Why would you say that?"

"I-i had a dream or a vision of Jocelyn and I in the future and..." I said

"What happened?" Brooke said

"She... kills me"

"Did she say why?"

"Yeah, she said its because she teamed up with michael...Brooke, who's michael?" I said

"Oh shit" Brooke said

*Jocelyn's POV *

It had been 5 hours since i last saw Ethan.
Brooke went to check on him 30 minutes ago. She was supposed to come back.
Whatever, i'm just gonna wander around.
I can't believe that i'm leaving for the mental hospital.

As i was walking around the hospital i saw a lot of sick and injured people.

There was a girl with bruises and scars all over her face and body playing with dolls on her bed.

I walked in out of curiosity.

"Hi!" She said

She seemed 8 or 9 years old.
She had brown wavy hair and hazel brown eyes. She was pretty for a girl her age.

"Hi" i said back
"My name is Hope"
"My name is Jocelyn" i said smiling back at her
"You're very pretty" she said
"Thank you"

It was weird how she was so friendly to a person she never met before.

"Why are you in the hospital?" She said
"My... friend is injured" i said, "why are you in here?"

"My parents were always getting drunk so when they got drunk they would hit me and throw bottles at my head. When they were done, they would lock me in the closet for 2 days with no food or water." She said with tears

"Wow. Im sorry you had to go through that"

"It's fine" she said

"So are you going to a foster home?" I said

"I hope i do. I don't want to go back to my old parents"

"Who brought you here? To the hospital." I said

"When i was locked in the closet, i found an old phone. I checked if it worked but it barely turned on. I tried fixing until i called 911. I told them what happened & they came and brought me here" she said brushing her doll's hair

I checked my phone for the time.

"I hope you get better soon but i gotta go. It was nice meeting you hope" i said

"Nice meeting you too jocelyn."

I walked away until i came to ethan's room. I stopped at the doorway because i heard Ethan talking to Brooke.

"He was a very bad person" she said

"Wow, i cant believe jocelyn would team up with him." He said

"Listen, don't talk to her anymore, if it was a vision things will end up bad for you. Keep your distance." Brooke said getting up from the chair and heading for the door.

I quickly hid in the other room.

Who are they talking about? Why would he keep his distance from me?

I walked away from the room and went to Mia.

"'Mia, i need you to do something for me" i whispered
"Okay what?"
"I need you to go tell Ethan something"
"Sure, what is it?"
"Ask him....."
I thought about it. I didn't want to make it seem like i was being nosy.
"Ask him, if he has had any thoughts about me" i said .,"and tell me everything he says"
"Okay" and she left

* Mia's POV "

Jocelyn didn't know but, i secretly have a crush on ethan....
