*Jocelyn's POV *

Oh fuck.

"Oh. Hey Mia" i said shyly
"HI MY NAME IS JAKE" said a little boy with brown nash grier-ish hair and green/hazel eyes.
"Hi Jakee" i said
"Your Pretty" he said
"Um thanks?" I said
"Oh Jocelyn, i'm Katie, your new mother. I am so sorry about what happened to Julia" she said leading me towards the couch
"Oh it's fine" i said with a tear falling down my cheek.
"So, i guess i should show you to your room" said Mia

She led me up the stairs and showed me a big room with a huge bed in the center of the room.
The walls were matte white and the furniture was mint green along with the rugs, which were white.

"Damn" i said
"Excuse me? She said
"Oh sorry" i said
"Okay. There's no swearing in this house. Daddy says it's bad" she said confidently
"Daddy? Well okay" i said annoyed
"You look tired get some rest. We'll leave tomorrow to pick up your things" she said and left.
I plopped down on my bed and and kicked my shoes off.
I immediately started crying because i lost Ethan and my Mom.
Plus, i don't have strong feelings for Tyler
My life is great!
I wipes my tears away and walked to the bathroom inside my room
Damn it's exactly like the room.

I sat on the bathroom floor crying my eyes out. I started looking through the cabinets looking for something sharp. I found a blade. I rolled up my sleeve and cut my wrist. 1 for Ethan. 1 for my Mom.
I started cutting more for all of my insecurities. Ugly, Stupid, Fat.

"Jocelyn??" Katie said from outside the door
"Are you asleep?"
Shit.
I quickly wiped my tears and got up. I opened the door
"No what's wrong?" I said looking up at her
"Well i was wondering if you wanted to watch a movie with us since we weren't tired we decided to watch Finding Nemo" she said
"Uh no thanks" i said
"Okay well goodnight" she said and left
I closed the door and went back to the bathroom. I started cleaning my self up and cleaned the blood around the floor.
I sat down on my bed and cried myself to sleep.

* Ethan's POV *

Brooke: Great look forward to it
Me: alright but srsly how's it been with your fam?:))
Brooke: OH! It's been amazing actually.
Me: that great!😄 well i should be going to sleep goodnight
Brooke: goodnight

I closed my phone and laid down. I suddenly started crying. I was laying on my bed staring at the blank ceiling crying my eyes out. I really just want to cuddle with her on the couch and watch Netflix while eating pizza. I cried myself to sleep.

BEEP BEEP

Unknown Number: Did you hear Jocelyn's mom died?!

I woke up and checked the time 3:42

Wait what?! Her mom died? Oh i feel so bad for her!!<3

Me: she did? And who are you
Unknown Number: My name is Michael
Michael? Wait Jocelyn's kidnapper!!
Me: leave her alone
Unknown Number: i can't do that
