Ch.21 The curse

After school, Elena and Olivia walked outside the school and towards their cars.

"So are you feeling any better?" Elena asked.

"I don't know" Olivia said with a sad look "I mean, Reyna just posted the video of Aidan and Ilene on the school website".

"She did what?" Elena gasped.

"Yep, and then she told Aidan and Ilene what a bunch of bad people they are in front of everyone. I feel kinda bad for them, but then I feel kinda glad cause they deserved it".

"Well Reyna didn't have to do that".

"Well she did" Olivia sighed.

"Hey, boys can be pretty stressful, I know how you feel, I mean, you know that my last boyfriend dumped me on my birthday".

"Well I least you weren't cheated on".

"Actually, he dumped me for another girl".

"Oh".

"Anyway, I was thinking, since tomorrows Friday, why don't tomorrow night me, you and our friends have a girls night out? I mean, we can watch a movie, have dinner together, and then maybe we can have a sleepover, what do you think of that?"

Olivia thought for a moment. And then she gave a sigh.

"I guess that sounds fun" she said.

"Great" Elena smiled "So I'll tell the girls about it, and I'll call you when I get everything set up".

"Sounds good" Olivia smiled as they got in their cars and drove away.

When Elena drove into the 'Dream Inn' lot, she spotted Brooke sitting on the steps.

"Hey Brooke" Elena said as she got out of her car.

"Elena" Brooke said as she got up "Thank goodness you're here, I've got some bad news".

"What is it?"

"I've tried to find a house for you, but I can't find one, and since today's your last day staying at the 'Dream Inn' motel, I don't know where you can stay now".

"Oh man" Elena said whined "I forgot that today was my last day".

"So I don't know where you're gonna stay now" Brooke said with a sad look.

Elena started to think where she could stay, she couldn't stay in her car cause that'll be weird. But then she finally knew where she could stay.

"I think I know where I can stay" she said.

So she drove up to a house and knocked on the door, she waited until the door was opened by Olivia.

"Hey" Elena said "Is that free room still available?"

Olivia gave a smile "Come on in".

That evening, Raven sat on the bench on the patio and placed her chin on her hand. She looked up into the sky and sighed.

"Hey" she turned around and saw Dexter.

"Oh, hey Dex" she said.

"Are you ok?" he asked as he sat next to her.

"Not really, I've been pretty stressed out lately".

"Is it because of your mother's threat?"

"Yeah, I've been trying to find a way to prevent the curse, but since no one has found the spell book, I can't destroy it, and then maybe my mother will find it and cast the curse. And I don't even know what the curse will do to us".
