It's been almost a day,
Lucy went home I closed my blinds and locked my door as I usually have it.

Again 2:30 came around and the same footsteps climbed the stairs but today she didn't sit down outside, she knocked quietly on my bedroom door, and today I did something I don't normally do.

I answered straight away.

' Lilly, I would like to help you ' a smiling Lucy said to me walking straight in my room and to the blinds,
Opening them the curtains and this time a window.
' excuse me ? ' I asked her confused
' can you hear that ? ' she asked me
And I stood and listened...
' nothing ? ' I asked her with a croaky voice
' it's the outside ! Can you smell the flours ? ' she said and turned around again and looked at me. ' how long have you been wearing them clothes ? ' she asked worryingly.

I looked down to see my light grey jog pants and the biggest t shirt known to man which honestly I can't remember the last time I got changed.
There has been no reason to move.
To think.
To live.
Anymore.

' here ' she said running around my room like a mad woman throwing underwear at me another shirt and some jeans.
' what are you doing Lucy ? ' I asked her and she didn't reply she just left the room with the words, when I come back you'll be ready.

I heard her slowly walk back down the stairs and her footsteps fade off somewhere else in the house.
I walked to my dressing table and looked into the mirror that was hung on my wall.

Who is the girl looking back at me.
I pulled my hair out of my attempted pony tail in the middle of the night a while ago, it hasn't moved or been cared for since then.
It's grew, it's grew a lot.
I looked closer at my face, my tear stained cheeks with black outlines where mascara had ran over the months.
Bright red puffy eyes.
I stood further back from the mirror and looked again at myself.
My clothes hanging off me.
My jog pants barely fitting around my waist when they used to be the perfect fit.

What have I done to myself.

I quickly attempted to throw on some clothes that Lucy had chosen for me, and I again went back to the mirror.
I cannot be bothered.
I threw up my hair in a messy bun that made it seem like it was even messier than it used to be before I even looked at it and stared closely at my face.

I walked into the bathroom and then washed my face. My eyes where soar to touch but the cold water on my skin felt amazing.

I fixed my face and tried to make it look like I had somewhat not been dead for the last 4 month and stepped foot outside my room what what feels like. Forever.

I looked down the hallway and started walking, I walked past my dad and mums room and peered in, the blinds where closed, clothes everywhere I looked and many beer cans and rum bottles everywhere. I carried on walking down and I walked past Samantha's room.

Samantha was a boyband obsessed crazed teenager. But then who wasn't, she was 16 but she basically asked like she was my friend more than my sister.
In my mind I couldn't face stepping into the room that I hadn't been in for so long but some how my heart pushed my feet threw the door and into the darkness of her room.
Everything was perfect and neat, just probably like how she left it, a few things that had been moved and a dent in her bed from where dad cried himself to drink some nights.

I backed out of the room and began walking again.

I found myself in my front room and Lucy must of heard me and then stood up and she walked towards the front door.
' where are you going ' I asked her.
' WERE going out for some fresh air ' she replied to me making sure I understood that both of us where leaving this house.
' I don't think... I erm ' I stuttered to her thinking about who awaited outside, what people would think of me, how they would treat me.
' one time, please, if you don't like it I'll bring you right back home and you can go back to your room, but please, I really want you to get out and breath se fresh air ' she again begged.

She opened the door and walked out and down the path beside the drive and I followed behind her slowly and taking caution with every step.

' Morning Lilly ' I heard someone call over to me as I got near the end of the drive and I looked around to see that it was my dads old friend that lived 1 house away from us.
I couldn't speak.
I smiled and carried on walking behind Lucy.

--------------------------------------------

We had been out for about 2 hours now. I feel like I'm doing good, the air had really hit me and I felt sort of tired.
I received some smiled from people I used to see a lot. Some how are you doing's that followed.

We didn't go anywhere different, just to walk around the park that was located about 15 minutes away from my house.

I sat on a bench, and Lucy followed and sat next to me.
No one spoke.

' Lucy ? ' I heard footsteps running up to us and stopping what felt like in front of us. I felt the bench jump and Lucy dived up from the bench and hugged the human that was stood in front of us.
' oh my god you're so sweaty ' she replied
I sat and embraced myself for the questions I've been receiving all day from anyone that knew me.
And I looked up to see someone I have never seen before.
' Lilly ! ' Lucy exclaimed ' this is Beau ! ' she said doing pointing fingers at the both of us.
' hey ' I said and stood up from sitting on the bench ' I have never seen you before ' I said quietly

Is this a good thing because he doesn't know anything about me, or is it a bad thing because all the sympathy is still to come.
