Chapter 1: Fate

CHAPTER 1: Fate

[Jade's POV]

Boredom hits me again!

Hi! I'm Jade Carter. I live in London but then we migrated to Mullingar, Ireland to live a new life. I'm not that good with socializing with others, my relatives are at London, and I don't have a sibling...So probably I'm forver alone. I wanted to have another sibling, but the doctor said that my mum couldn't give birth to a newborn.  

My only friend is my book. I always bring it wherever I go. 

There's this place that has always been important to me. From past to present, this is the place I always go to. Sometimes I just go to this place to cry on. 

My life is soooo boring. But everything changed. 

One day while I was reading my favorite book at the park bench,I realized that 3 days from now, school will start again. I felt the bench move so probably someone else sat on the other side of the bench. I didn't mind who that was and continued reading my book. When suddenly, he/she slide a piece of paper next to me. 

"Hi! What's your name?" the note on the paper stated. I grabbed a pen from my pocket and respond to the note. 

"Why'd you ask?" I questioned and slide the paper back next to him/her without even looking. 

"Just wondering" As it says on the note as he/she slides it back next to me. 

"Oh...I don't know. We just met and it's like not a good thing telling a stranger my name" I replied while sliding it back to him/her. I felt the bench moved once more. I look at the person, but he/she is not sitting there anymore. I didn't mind it and continued reading again. Why is there a shadow? I asked myself as if there was someone in front of me. And yes, there is. 

"Hi... I'm gonna start. I'm Niall Horan. What's yours?" He said as he reached out his hand for a handshake. It's a HE!!!!! I put my book down and meet with the orbs of his sea-like blue eyes. His eyes are gorgeous. He has a white complection and has blonde hair. This guy seemed nice so I decided to give him what he wants. 

"I'm Jade, Jade Carter." I replied as I reached out my hand to give him a handshake with him. We both smiled. I blush of his cuteness. 

" So...do you always go here?" He questioned as we both seat back down on the bench. I nodded because like what I said. I'm not good with socializing with others.SUNSET!!! At last. My favorite part of staying here at the park. He saw how interested I am while watching the sunset. He put his hand on top of mine where mine is just laying on the bench as if we're in a movie. I removed mine and looked at him. 

"Oh...yeah right" He said knowing the reason why I removed my hand. 

"I have to go now. It's getting late." I told him to respond for once. 

"Okay. But may I atleast have your number?" He asked nervously. 

"Sorry, but no. You see, we just met." I told him and gave a smile. 

"Oh...okay. Well, see you sometimes again?" He replied  

"Yeah sure" I answered as I gave him a friendly wink. As we both leave the bench, I remembered that the piece of paper was still there.
