CHAPTER 5: Someday I'll be calling her my Princess

"Jade...."  I mumbled. It was the only word that came out from my mouth. I head over to Jade's flat to make sure she arrives safely.

I knocked on the door. Nobody opened it. I know that her parents is still at work, so probably she's not yet home. Until I realized.... she might be with Tim.

I got my phone from my pocket and send a message to Tim.

*FLASHBACK*

We were on our way to Jade's flat from the mall since it's been a tiring day. Me and Tim were talking about ourselves for the whole time and I suddenly asked his number. I don't know why. It just slip out from my mouth.

"Tim, what's your cellphone number?"  I asked but don't know why.

"Why do you ask?"  He says as he turns the steering wheel to the left to where Jade's flat is, since he's the one driving.

"Oh nothing... Just incase I need to ask something to you..."  I say as I pull my cellphone out from my pocket.

"Oh.. okay sure.."  He replies as he recites his number

"Okay... I'll give you mine too... just incase"  I say and recited my number as I give him a smile.

"Oh..and I almost forgot. Where do you live?"  I ask once more before he parks in front of the flat of Jade. He gives it to me as I memorize it.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

"To: Tim

Tim I'm heading over to your flat now."

From: Niall

I slip my phone back in my pocket while heading over to Tim's flat. I finally arrived at Tim's flat and knock on the door.

"Tim?!?!? It's me, Niall"  I say while still knocking on the door. He opens it and invites me in his flat. His parents are not yet home, so we could do whatever we want in his flat.

"So... what brings you here? And why are you all sweaty and nervous?"  Tim asks as he goes to the kitchen and gets water for me. He arrives and we both sit on their couch.

"Isn't Jade here with you???"  I ask as I take a sip on my water. Okay, maybe not a sip, but a lot of sip.

"Huh?? Jade? No... Why would she be here?"  He replies as his voice changes to a nervous voice like mine.

"It's not the time for joking Tim. Where are you hiding her?"  I ask getting a little mad

"But I'm telling the truth!!! See for yourself. You can check everywhere."  He says in a confident way. Okay, maybe I can believe him now. He's good guy and he would be as worried as me if he knew Jade's not home yet.

"Okay fine... I believe you."  I say

"Why are you asking about Jade?"  Tim asks nervously sounding like me already.

"Well... errr uhmm.. remember a while ago dismissal. We asked her if she will be fine and that she could go home alone?"  I ask trying to calm myself

"Yeah....  why?"  Tim asks as he gets closer to me.

"Well.. err.. uhmm.. you see, by now she should be at home already. I was on my way home a while ago when a dead leaf fell in front of me. That's when I realized something bad might happen or happened. I immediately went over to Jade's flat but no ones home................ Could she be in danger?.."  I tell him as I bow my head down. I just have to think positive.
