CHAPTER 9: Clarity

 She doesn't know how much it hurts...

Another day at school. As same, I was on my way to school when something caught my eye by the flowershop. A white rose with a pinkish tip. It just reminded me of Jade. I'm gonna buy that on our first date. If we'll have in the future. Before I left the flowershop, there's this guy by the counter buying a boquet of rose. This guy  looks familiar. The guy turns around heading for the exit. I knew it! It's Skylar.

"Niall?.."  He asks confused. I nodded then smiled at him. "What brings you here?"  He continues.

"Oh...nothing. I'm on my way to school when a sudden rose caught my attention. Why are you holding a boquet of roses? Don't tell me that's for Jade..."  I tell him and gave him a smirk.

"Uhhmm.. This actually is for her..."  He continues with a blush. A normal blush turning into a clifford blush.

"Oh... eerr.. uhmm...When will you give it to her? I ask him as I looked at my watch. 

"Later dismissal... I'll be waiting outside of your school."  He says with a smile. I glance over at my watch again. I'll be late for class so I told Skylar I had to leave.

"Jade, could we leave early this dismissal as early as we can?"  I asked. I needed her to be with me. I need her in my life. And nothing would stop it.

"Uhmm..Why?" She asks curiously. 

"Ohhh... nevermind."  I tell her. I just have to accept that she' s not yet my girlfriend.

*SKIP TO DISMISSAL*

Me and Jade left our school. And yes, Skylar is there with a boquet of rose on his back.

"Skylar? Why are you here?"  Jade asks as she draws closer to Skylar. 

"I have somethin' to give you..."  Skylar says as he slowly shows the boquet of rose to Jade. He gave it to her and Jade was full of shock making her mouth form into an "o"

"What's this for?"  Jade asks as blushes run through her cheeks. Skylar and Jade look into each others eyes, and by that moment, I knew I had to stop it because there's gotta be some space for me in her heart too.

[Jade's POV]

"What's this for?" I ask as blushes run through my cheeks. Why am I blushing? I can't like/love Skylar. I'm only for Niall, but he never gave me anything.

"Well..err..uhm...You see, I like you..."  Skylar says. "And I just want to give you this roses..." Skylar continues. He's such a sweetheart, but there's someone I'm waiting for. I'm waiting for Niall...

I glanced over at Niall to see his majestic blue eyes hurt.

Me, Niall, and Skylar walk together on our way to our own flats. Tim isn't that much hanging out with me and Niall because of his new girlfriend. And about Matt? I don't know what happened to him. He doesn't show up anymore. It looks awkward of me holding a boquet of rose on the way home because every stranger we pass by looks at me.

We went over to Niall's flat first. We ate, we made a conversation and played games.

"Okay...enough with the tickling. What about we playing hide and seek?"  Skylar suggests.

"Yeah..great. Tha would be fun!"  Me and Niall chorused. We both laughed not knowing we would say the same line. "Since you suggested that, you'll be the one who'll seek while me and Niall hide." I continue and I lead him to the place where he'll count.
