Tara P.O.V

I slowly dragged my feet out of the house in a poor attempt to go to school. Truth is, I was completely dreading it. I left Blondie asleep on the sofa. I left food out on the table so he would have food to eat today and a note just saying that I had left for school.

I got into my car and roared the engine. It started right away so I left the driveway and made my way to school. I passed by houses and cars, people and offices just like everyday.

But today everything seemed duller. I know it was just my imagination because I have to face Ryan and probably beg for forgiveness. I rehearsed my little speel over and over trying to make it convincing. Finally I arrive at Riverside.

I pulled into my spot and hopped out. I looked around cautiously trying my best to avoid Ryan, or at least not have him sneak up behind me. I threw my bag over my shoulder and walking into the building keeping my head low, trying to find Tay.

"TARA!!!" I heard someone yell. I jumped and quickly spun around and was engulfed on Taylors hug. "You have some explaining to do." I was released from her arms and I slowly nodded. In not sure how to tell her that I brought home a stranger so I said the next best thing...

"My old friend has come back to see me and has been staying at my flat the past week, he will be there for a little while." Her eyes widened.

"HE huh? So.. Is he cute." She winked.

"Come on Tay, you know I have a boyfriend." I insist. She rolled her eyes and sighed.

"Fine have it your way."

"Oh and speaking of boyfriend... Have you um... Seen... Ryan." I whispered the last part.

"Not today. He did however come up to me last week and demanded to know what happened to you and why you continued to ignore him. To be honest he kind of scared me, but I stood my ground until he finally left. I can't understand how you can be with him, but it is your choice."

I understand how she feels completely. When he's angry he acts awful, and unfortunately for me that is usually the time when were alone. I know I have to speak to Ryan as soon as I can before he freaks on me. Maybe I can catch him after English... Tay broke me of my thoughts.

"So back to this guy. What's his name and when can I meet him?" Oh well this is awkward now.

"His.. Uh... His name is... Uh.. Well everyone just calls him Blondie. And you can't uh... You can't exactly meet him... He's not good around new people. You can soon but now is a really bad time..." I stuttered trying not to be too vague, but not detailed enough for her to figure out he isn't my old friend, but in fact a guy I found in the streets.

"Blondie? Okay then... Uh ya..." The bell interrupted and I was so relieved.

"Well I can't be late! See ya at lunch Tay!" I yelled scurrying off in the opposite direction of her.

I don't want to tell her about Blondie yet and how I found him. I know very little about him, and Tay would just grilled me with questions I can't answer.

I want him to get better so he can at least write, I want to know at least the basics of him; Where did he come from, what's his name, where is his family, what happened in that alley, and why did he agree to stay with me.

The day flew by rather quickly, and not once did I see Ryan. This both made me relieved and worried. Relieved because I don't have to face him and have him blow up in my face, but also worried because its just another day I go on wondering where he is and how I will handle our meet up. I really want to find him before he find me, that way I can get a chance to explain with out him sneaking up on me.
