Chapter 2: Nothing Left

((Gengars POV))

I look into the Alakazams eyes, his face was a little more lined than I remembered 

The Alakazam just continued to stare at me, as if trying to read my mind...

"are we going to battle or not?"

"Yes, I think that would be appropriate" the Alakazam said 

I then smile and say 

"Just like old times isn't it?"

"Yes, yes I suppose it is" he says still not dropping his gaze

I send out a shadow ball which misses due to his Protect

'Damn, how did he know what I was going to do?' I think to myself

He then goes for a Psyshock which appears above my head and smashes me to the ground

I then draw back my left fist and rush up to the Alakazam punching him with my fist now set alight

He then just continues to stare at me as though nothing had happened, although he did have a scorch mark on his shoulder where my fist had hit him

He then processes to grab something attached to the spoon in his right hand and begins to Mega Evolve

 his beard got longer, he got thinner, he began to float magically, and he had several more spoons 

I then grip my Mega Stone and begin to Mega Evolve too, I Mega Evolve as well

"Looks like we can both Mega Evolve" I say

The Alakazam just looks at me and before I knew what had hit me I was thrown against the wall by a powerful psychic

I could feel myself losing this battle so I go for my last resort, a Shadow Ball, Shadow Force combo

I raise my left hand above my head creating a powerful Shadow Ball I then clap my hand into the Shadow Ball adsorbing the power into myself and vanish with a Shadow Force 

The Alakazam looks around the room

"Gengar, I know your every move, this battle is lost"

I then come out right behind him with the combined power of both moves hitting the Alakazam full force in the back knocking it out but not before it used one last Psyshock...

 knocking me out as well....

I wake up after what seems like hours in a brightly lit room with bandages all over me and blood mark underneath the bandages and the face of a Audino standing over me with a young female Eevee by her side
