-Austin's dream. -
Flashes of Oliver's face.
His body was different.
His stomach. It was rounded and moving. Almost like something inside was pressing its small hands against his insides.

He was speaking, but no words left his mouth. I couldn't hear him. Almost as if sound proof glass separated us.

I read his lips.

"B"
"A"
"B"
"Y"

My eyes almost fell out of my head.
I never thought I couldn't have kids, Michelle and I tried for years. Miscarriage after miscarriage I gave up hope. I didn't want her to keep breaking her heart so we stopped trying.

I'm going to be a father. With Oliver.

....................................

Oliver woke me up.
With a gentle nudge.

"Austin. Baby. " I turned and my mouth dried up.

"Baby?"

"Yes, you," He sat up and put my head in his lap.

"It's time for work." He was dressed and ready.
I didn't tell him about the dream, maybe it doesn't mean anything. I didn't want him to freak out. Especially with God trying to kill me and all. I don't want to curse this baby like me.

I went about the morning normally.
Oliver could tell I was off. I could see it in his eyes that he noticed.

He waited in my office while class was in session. Every now and then I felt his eyes burn into my back as I taught. He was most likely watching me.

He tried telepathy.

"Do you wanna talk about it now or later?"

I turned to see him against the glass of my office. He was staring at me.

"Not Now. Later."
I said to him in my head.

He walked back to the roller chair.

Class ran a little longer than usual.
To be honest I was nervous.

As class ended and everyone was out of class Oliver came out and sat on my desk. He had a small frown on his lips.
"Would you like to talk about it now? "
He crossed his arms.

I rubbed my temples.
"No, not really "

He scoffed. "Fine."

He quickly pressed his small palm to my chest.

I seen his expression change.
His face was red. He pulled his limbs close to his body.

"Oliver I didn't- "
He smiled.

"I look pretty cute pregnant, eh?"
He put his chin on his knee.

I didn't say anything.

He focused on me.
"I suppose now is the perfect time to say this? "

I looked at him, puzzled.

"I'm pregnant. "
He rubbed his belly.

I could feel the color drain from my face.

I looked at his belly then back at his eyes. "Really? "
His eyes weld with tears and he nodded.

"Three weeks along." He traced his small stomach.
