My brother has come back to town. He's charming. But he gets on my nerves. He's always flirting with Jade and she laughs and flirts back. I know she loves me. She's just being polite. But I'm very jealous. I wish he'd just go away.

Carson

I stood outside her house with a small bouquet of flowers. Sarah had sent me to get Scarlet to fall for me all over again. I loved Scarlet before and I love her now, but she can't know about the monster I am now. She knows my brother is a vampire. But she can't find out about me. The plan was to make her fall for me and prevent her from falling for Mason. I don't know why Sarah wants this but she sounded desperate.
"Hello" Scarlet said opening the front door.
My jaw dropped when I saw her. She was wearing a green tank top with a black maxi skirt. Her brown hair was cascading down her shoulders in huge curls. Her lips red with lipstick, and her eyes a brighter shade of green.
"You look......amazingly beautiful " I said.
" Thank you" she said blushing the way she always does when she's shy.
"Shall we?" I asked stretching my hand out towards her.
"Yes we shall" she said giggling as she put her hand in mine.

On the way to the restaurant we sang our favorite song 'give me love' by Ed Sheeran.
" You know I'll fight my corner" she sang.
I marveled at how beautifully her voice floated through the air and sent warmth through my body. She made me feel something Sarah never made me feel.
When we arrived at The White Oak it was night. I opened the door for Scarlet and she gracefully stepped out.
" I love this place" she said smiling.
I felt goosebumps rise all over my body. I wanted to kiss her so badly. All my deepest innermost feelings for her had resurfaced and had become stronger. I felt as though I was under a spell.
Taking her arm, I led her into the classic restaurant. We sat at a table I had reserved for us. With candle light illuminating her face.
We talked for hours and hours about the silliest things. We ordered after a while and just kept talking.
" Would you look at the time!" Scarlet said laughing.
" It's pretty late" I said checking the time. "Shall I take you home my princess?"
"Yes please" she said giggling.

"Thank you so much. I had an Amazing time" she said blushing profusely as we got out of the car.
" I'm glad you had fun " I said kissing her hand.
She stood there nervously fiddling with her purse.
" I've been trying to stop myself from kissing you this whole night but I just can't stop myself anymore" I blurted out feeling myself go red.
Standing on her toes and placing her hands on my face, she kissed me gently and drew away.
"I couldn't stop myself either" she said nervously.
Without thinking I wrapped my hands around her waist and kissed her passionately.
I felt electricity move through my body as I felt her lips against mine. My heartbeat quickened and I heard hers quicken too.
"Ehem "
"Mum!" Scarlet said pulling away and turning to face her mother.
"Good night Carson" Mrs. White said.
" Good night Mrs. White." I said " good night Scarlet"
I waited in my car till Scarlet and her mother had gone inside.
"Had fun?" Sarah said.
" Shit. Sarah" I said.
" Let's go to my place" she said getting in.

"You're a good actor babe" Sarah said when we got to her apartment.
"Yeah" I murmured.
"But I don't want you to kiss her like that again. It seemed too real" Sarah said pouting.
" I'm sorry" I said unenthusiastically .
She grabbed me and threw me against the wall and kissed me.
" I want to make sure you still love me baby" she said.
"Sarah, stop" I said pushing her off.
"Come on baby" she whined "kiss me. Let's have fun. Let's fool around a bit"
" Not tonight " I said walking to the bathroom.
She pushed me against the bathroom wall and forced my shirt off. She took of her clothes until she was wearing nothing but her underwear.
" Sarah. Stop" I said.
"Do you love me?" She asked.
I was silent.
" I said do you fucking love me?" She shouted landing a slap right across my face.
" Yes!" I shouted back.
" That's what I want to hear" she said jumping on me.

"Wasn't that fun?" Sarah said smirking after we were done.
" Yeah" I lied dreading every single second of what had just happened.
"You seem distant today babe " Sarah asked mocking concern.
" I'm okay" I said getting out of the bed. I just wanted to scrub the memory of what just happened away. I turned on the water in the bath and got in.
" Can I join you?" She asked standing in the doorway naked.
"Not right now Sarah" I said shielding my eyes.
Sarah was a very beautiful. I loved her before but no as much as I love Scarlet. There really was nothing wrong with Sarah but her attitude was just so irritating.
"Why?" She said whining.
"I'm done anyway " I said getting out of the bath.
"Listen to me Carson, you know your job. You owe me your life." She said matter of factly. " you would be a prize on a hunters wall if it wasn't for me. So you better do this for me"
" I'm doing it Sarah. I'm doing it" I said raising my voice.
"Tell me you love me" she said with tears stinging her eyes.
I almost felt bad. But knowing Sarah she was just playing another one of her games.
" I love you" I said looking into space.
"Look at me" she pleaded.
" Put something on first " I said turning away.
"No!" She screamed. " you've never been shy to look at my nakedness! What has she done to you"
She broke into a sob and fell on the bed crying.
" Babe, I'm sorry. It's just last night I hated kissing her. Because it wasn't you" I lied professionally.
She covered herself with a cloth and hugged me.
" I love you okay?" She said.
Lie
" I love you too" I said.
Another lie
"Sarah!" A voice called from the hall.
" Oh shit." Sarah said.
"Who is that?" I asked.
"Just stay here" she said going into the hall with a towel.
" I've been calling you all night" the female voice said.
I recognized that voice from somewhere but I couldn't put my finger on it.
" I'm sorry I was busy" Sarah said sounding nervous.
Sarah? Nervous? Impossible!
Without thinking I walked into the hall to see who the mysterious voice belonged to and I almost had a heart attack.
Jade.
" Carson" Jade said smirking " I've been waiting to see you.
