[Stanger]: "I really appreciate it but I can't accept that."

[Sasha]: "Why not?"

[Stranger]: "Because we don't even know each other."

I stuck out my hand and cheesed really wide.

[Sasha]: "I'm Sasha." She giggled.

[Stranger]: "I'm Kate."

[Sasha]: "Nice to meet you. I gotta go but my offer still stands. I live on the 3rd floor. Come by anytime." I put my number in her phone.

[Kate]: "Thanks." She smiled. "See ya."

[Sasha]: "Bye."

I walked upstairs and opened the door to see Sean and Julie talking on the couch. The moment he saw me he lunged at me. Oh shit...

Chapter 10: Can Hardly Wait

((Sasha's POV))

I jumped out of the way while Sean tried to attack me. He fell to the floor. I got on top of him and I punched him repeatedly. Julie pulled me off.

[Julie]: "Stop fighting!!"

[Sean]: "She killed my sister!"

[Julie]: "What are you talking about?"

[Sean]: "Your little friend here broke my sister's heart. She denied Alexa for you and now I'm gonna kill her!"

He ran towards me again. Julie stopped him.

[Julie]: "Sean! Stop acting like a lunatic!"

[Sean]: "Let me go!"

[Julie]: "You need to leave NOW!"

She pushed him out of the door and turned towards me.

[Julie]: "Why didn't you tell me?"

[Sasha]: "Because it's my problem, not yours."

[Julie]: "You feel responsible don't you?" I stood silently. "That's why you hardly talk lately isn't it?"

[Sasha]: "Yeah." I started crying again. Julie gave me a hug.

[Julie]: "It's not your fault. You didn't know what she was gonna do."

I held her tightly before she let me go. I looked in her eyes and most of my sadness washed away.

[Sasha]: "Thank you."

[Julie]: "You're welcome ... so is he telling the truth? You denied her for me?"

[Sasha]: "Yeah."

[Julie]: "Why?"

[Sasha]: "Because I was serious when I told you I love you."

[Julie]: "Oh...well um..."

[Sasha]: "Hello?"
