After wrapping him tightly in the blanket we brought, Luke finally agreed to get in the car with us. Understandably, after crashing his car he was a little scared to get in another. The only way we could get him in the car was if he was able to hold my hand the whole way there. I didn't mind that one bit, but I couldn't help but feel a bit worried about Luke and the crash. He may have hit his head really hard...I mean what else could explain this sudden change in his speech?

We were almost half way to the hospital when Luke started scrolling through something on his phone. After a few minutes he turned to me.

"You hate me?" He whispered. I don't know why, because Calum was asleep and Michael and Ash were having there own conversation in the front seats.

"No, why would you think that Luke?" I furrowed my eyebrows, wondering why he came out with such a random question.

"Instagram" He shoved his phone in my face, showing me the messages we exchanged the first time we ever spoke.

"You hate me but call me baby?" He then asked. Although it wasn't really a question, I understood what he meant.

"I don't hate you. That was a while ago" He smiled his award winning smile whilst giggling to himself slightly. His hand gently squeezed mine, reminding me that our fingers were still laced together.

"you call me baby?"

"Why do you like it when I call you baby?" I asked. I was so curious to find out why this word meant so much to him all of a sudden.

"I like you...you like me, you call me baby"

"Yes, I like you Luke" I smiled at him. He moved closer to me and nuzzled his face into my neck. He left a soft, warm kiss to the side of my neck before whispering something to me. It took me a while to register what he had said but once I did, my heart fluttered.

"I want to kiss you everyday" He placed another kiss on my neck,

"You call me baby everyday" He placed one last kiss on my jaw before bringing his face to mine.

"Deal?" He asked.

I had only just realised what he was asking but it was too late to reply because his lips were already attached to mine. I pulled away slowly, trying to make it not seem as if I didn't want to kiss him because, oh god did, I want to kiss him.

"Lets get you to a hospital first, then we can make a deal...okay?" He hummed whilst thinking of an answer.

"okay...you're pretty"

I kissed his forehead gently as he placed his head on my chest.

"Thank you Luke" His head shot up without warning

"NO! you call me baby!" his sudden outburst had woken Calum up and had brought Michael and Ashton out of their own conversation.

"Luke, calm down" I told him, my voice raised slightly

"NO NO NO" He screamed. Ashton had stopped the car and turned around. Luke was now in hysterics, screaming and thrashing around. Calum and I had no idea what to do so we hopped out of the car. Luke soon followed and started walking away from the car. I tried following him but he simply told me to leave him alone.

I needed him to get in the car as he desperately needed to get to the hospital. His whole personality had changed due to the crash and his medicine not being taken. I knew this wasn't going to end well if he wasn't helped out soon.

"Please baby, I need you to come back"

He stopped walking and fell to the floor. It broke my heart to see him like this. But I had no idea what had even brought this on. Luke was so happy for the past week, but I guess that was just the mania period caused by his bipolar disorder; now, this was his depression stage...it was the complete opposite of the Luke I thought I knew. He was crying, scared, helpless and vulnerable. I just need him to get help.

I walked over to him and sat in front of him. The other boys slowly paced towards us and sat down. No one said anything, we were waiting for Luke to say he'd come with us...But he didn't. We just sat there, in the freezing cold.

I was the only one who wasn't dressed for the cold. The three boys had been able to get a coat on as we were at their house but I didn't ask for one as I thought they didn't really like me.

I regret that now.

So, I sat there, in my thin leggings and a baggy top waiting for Luke to say something. I guess he noticed how cold I was because he stood up and placed the blanket over me.

"You're warm now. I'll keep you warm?" He asked. I simply nodded and he pulled me up into a hug. I didn't want to keep nagging on at him but we really needed to get to the hospital.

"Luke, lets go back to the car" Ashton spoke, gently pulling Luke away from me. This only caused Luke to pull me closer to him and hold out his hand.

"deal" was all he said, but I remembered what he meant.

He would only get in the car if I was to hold his hand the whole way there.

We all gathered in the car once again and set off for the hospital. I must have fallen asleep on Luke as I woke up when everyone was getting out of the car. We walked into the hospital hand in hand and waited for Luke to be seen too. It wasn't long before he was called away and I was left to sit and wait in the waiting room.

I had no idea if he was going to be alright; I had no idea what they were going to find when they looked at him.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and, out of habit, opened up Instagram. I scrolled down through the feed when I came across a photo that Luke had uploaded.

Of me, asleep on his chest.
