Chapter 1 Lost

Aphmau's POV

I ran as fast as I could trying to get away.

"Lady Irene please"

I looked around and realized I was lost. I yelled for help even though I don't think anyone heard me.

Garroth's POV

I was on duty when I heard someone cry for help. I bolted in the direction of the cry. I raced into the woods to find a girl. She hadn't noticed me yet. I decided to ask what was wrong.

"Excuse me miss, are you okay?"

She looked at me with wide hazel eyes.

"Uh... Um..."

She seemed frightened by something.

"You aren't here to take me away?"

"No, I came to see what the problem was. Are you okay?"

"Yes, Um... You're a guard, I've had a problem with guards. Do you know where a nearby village is?"

"Yes actually follow me"

I lead her to my home, Phoenix Drop. The girl looked amazed by our little village.

Aphmau's POV

The man lead me to the village I assume he guarded. He turned to me.

"Welcome to Phoenix Drop. By the way I'm the head guard, Garroth. If you need anything come to me."

"I'm Aphmau it's a pleasure to meet you Garroth"

You like him I can tell

Ugh shut up thoughts

I think I'm going to like this place.
