I started to unpack my clothes and the rest of my stuff I had brought up earlier.

The other side of the room was empty. My roommate hadn't shown up yet.

I was hoping she'd be really nice and not a stuck up one like Camille back there.

I was sorting through my stuff when I heard the door click open. When I turn to look. I'm surprised as I jump off the bed to hug Alison.

"What the heck are you doing here?! I thought you were going to London to be with you're grandmother? "

Alison throws her bag on the bed. "She's moving in with my parents so I don't have to go anymore "

"Well I'm glad you're here Alison. I thought I was going to be a loner in college " I say sitting back down on my bed.

I was literally excited that Alison was here. I don't think i'd survive without my best friend with me.

Torey then walks through the door with Trevor with boxes in hand.

"Seriously Alison? You don't need a lot of stuff" I joke.

"That's what I told her" Torey added, putting down the boxes by Allison's bed.

The boys pull me into a hug. "So what are you boys up to?" I ask.

They shrug "Were going on a skate tour in 2 days" Trevor explains.

"Ryan was suppose to come with us but he bailed....family stuff I guess" Torey said.

I nodded not really wanting to say anything about Ryan. He was acting really weird with me.

"Shall'll we explore the campus? " Alison said, taking out her school map. I laughed taking it away from her. "This isn't going to get us anywhere "

She looks at me confused. "I'll explain later" I reply.

Ryan's P.O.V

I've been starting at the waiting room walls for about an hour. My two brothers Shane and Kane at my side.

"This is so boring" Kane, my younger brother moans in boredom.

"It's a hospital of course it's boring " Shane replies.

My mom was taking a nap so we decided to give her some space.

I was tried myself. We've been at the hospital since last night. None of us had any sleep or something to eat.

We didn't want to move because if we did. We were afraid something would happen if we did leave are mom alone.

"Okay i'm here!" Hannah walks in the waiting room.

"Did you bring us food?" Kane asks. She shakes her head.

"Anyways. Ryan, I went by Demi's house and her parents said she doesn't live there anymore?" Hannah asked.

I didn't say anything. I didn't want my sister and my brothers in my love life business.

"Who's Demi?" Shane asked turning to me.

"Is that you're girlfriend Ry?" Kane teased.

"Can we please just focus on mom please? " I harshly said. They'd all seemed taken back from my mood but they kept quiet as I excused myself.

I stepped outside. Pulling out my phone from my pocket. And dialed Demi's number. I didn't want my siblings calling her and bombarding a bunch of questions on her because I knew Hannah would do that.

Within 3 rings. She picks up. "Hey" I said

"Hi"

"Um how are you?" I asked. I felt like a little nervous boy.

She hesitated "fine"

"Look if my sister calls you please don't answer. She's trying to figure out are love life business. " I explained. She chuckled and a smile made it's way to my lips. Demi's laugh was something I liked about her.

"Doesn't everybody? "

I chuckle back. "I miss you and I'm sorry. I can't be with you on you're first day of college."

"Ryan it's fine." Demi reassured me. I sighed. I knew she was upset after are talk the other day. I just didn't know where we were at in are relationship. We were both just lost.

"I'll talk to you later then I guess" I said and that's when she hung up the phone.

I shoved my phone back into my pocket. And wiped away a little tear that escaped my eye. My life was just in a big mess right now. Everything seemed to be falling apart one by one.

I decided to update today because I was in a good mood so I hoped you like it.

I was thinking if I should update every day from now on but it's just a thought.
