I sat nervously on the metal chair staring at the ground. I was less than a few minutes away from getting my diploma. I was so nervous this morning I didn't want to get out of bed and Emily seriously had to drag me out of bed plus I puked like 3 times.
"Guess who bought you flowers?!" Alison chirped handing me a bouquet of roses.
The graduating class was all held in the gym, we were all waiting for the principal to motion us it was time.
"Ryan?" I guessed and she nodded happily. At least he's here.
"him and the guys are in the bleachers waiting for us to come out" she continued.
I set the flowers aside and put my head in my hands,I felt like I was getting sick to my stomach again and knowing that the wedding is tomorrow isn't helping my upset stomach at all. I keep telling myself that I can't and I won't do this but I know I have to make my parents happy no matter how horrible they treat me.
"Are you scared about tomorrow?" Alison asked, I nodded.
"I don't wanna go through with it" I said as a tear slipped out running down my face causing Alison to pull me into a hug.
"don't cry because then I'll cry" She chuckled as I wiped my tears away.
"okay everyone it's time! get into your lines!" Mr. Bows are principal announced and students started to form neat lines.
me and Alison got in line both of us nervous, today is the day I thought. the day where the high school life chapter closes and the adult life chapter opens up.
"in a few minutes will be graduates! and off to college next month!!"Alison exclaimed, I smiled. College was something I was definitively looking forward too and the best part was I would be far away from my parents.
"Congratulation Class of 2013!! You did it" Mr. Bows exclaimed as the crowd cheered loudly and us graduates threw up are hats in victory!
Alison and i hugged each other, and followed off of the field to join are family and friends but for me it was just friends. My parents had told me they wouldn't be making it because they had plans that they couldn't refuse. It didn't bother me I mean it's not like they cared about me.
"Congrats Hennings" Ryan smiled pulling me into a hug, and Torey did the same with Alison.
"So where are the parties at?" Torey joked.
Sadly for me i can't party tonight because I have the biggest day tomorrow that will ruin my life forever.
"I wish" I chuckled, even when I'm adult my parents will probably still be controlling me.
"Do you have to go home?" Alison asked, I nodded. Ben was given strict orders to pick me up after. My mom was seriously going insane about the wedding tomorrow and my father well he was just talking to Harry about how he would take over my dad's business.
"don't leave yet, I had dinner plans with your name on it" Ryan pouted
"I can't Ryan"
RYAN'S P.O.V
Like always Demi would turn me down when it came to me and her hanging out alone. I know she didn't mean too and that she was only trying to not hurt me.
"Oh alright.... it's cool" I said brushing off the hurt.
Demi hugged each of us goodbye and disappeared into the crowd, "You okay Ryan?" Torey asked
I nodded "Yeah" I lied.
" Are you coming tomorrow to the.... uh wedding?" Alison asked almost in a whisper.
