After texting Ryan I fell asleep and was woken up by my mom, "Demi wake up and get dressed" My mom said shaking me, "why?" I asked rubbing my eyes. "We have to go to Mr. Franks house, your father has an important business dinner" My mom replied, "then why do I have to go?" I asked harshly. "he wants to meet the family now hurry up!" My mom said walking out the door.

ughhhh I don't feel good! am still cramping and she wants me to go to some stupid business dinner!

I got up and got dressed, and walked downstairs. "alright lets go" My father said as we walked out the door. we got into the car and I sat away from my parents, I didn't want to conversant with them. "can I just skip the dinner? I don't feel so good" I told my parents and they shook their heads. "no this is very important to your father...now don't mess this up" My mother said harshly. I rolled my eyes and looked out the window, my parents care more about this dinner than their own daughter. ......sad isn't it?

As we drove down the neighborhood, I noticed this is where Ryan lived.

Ben stopped the car and we got out and what do you know next door was Ryan's house. we got to the door and a maid let us in and we were led to the back yard for dinner. "Victor! Marabel! you all made it! and is this sweet little Demi?" The guy said looking at me, Am not little! am like 17!

"yes were honored to be here....shall we start?" my dad said and we all sat at the huge table. ugh cramps are hurting more! I feel like curling up in a ball right now!

Suddenly I heard laughs and Ryan's voice along with other boys making noises too, "what is that sound?" My dad asked Mr. Frank. "oh some stupid kid lives next door.....he skates on wood" Mr. Frank said annoyed. "its a skateboard" I said correcting to him but they ignored me.

During the whole Dinner my parents did nothing but talk about money with Mr. frank....it was so annoying! I ended up falling asleep

I woke up to my parents laughing, I looked around to see where they were and they were inside! thanks for waking me up! they so left me outside!

I looked at my phone to see the time and it was 2am in the morning! don't they know I have school in the morning! I was about to get up when suddenly a skateboard came flying on my side of the yard.

I picked it up and I then saw someone jumped the fence ......it was Ryan. "I think this is yours" I smiled, "thanks....what are you doing here?" Ryan asked and I pointed to my laughing parents. "looks boring....don't you have school in the morning?" Ryan asked, "yeah and they don't seem to care but then again they never do" I replied rolling my eyes looking at my parents.

"Am sorry to hear that....so how do you feel? Still feeling sick?" Ryan asked, "yeah and yet they still dragged me over here!" I exclaimed hoping they heard me but they didn't.

"want to come over to my place? Am sure you'd be better off over there then here" Ryan laughed. "yeah sure whatever gets me away from this" I replied.

So I went to Ryan's house and it was just me and him, I guessing his friends finally went home. "do you want to watch a movie? or would you just like to sleep?" Ryan asked as we entered the living room. "uh movie?" I smiled, and Ryan nodded his head and picked a movie while I took a spot on the couch.

"Dark skies good? unless you don't like scary movies" Ryan said holding up the box showing me the cover. "yeah sounds good" I smiled and Ryan put it in.

 I was never good with scary movies but I was with Ryan so what could go wrong?
