How To Get Him

As I entered my house, I noticed that mom and dad wasn't home yet. Maybe they were still in their respective clinic downtown, again. I and my brothers were used to their schedules. Every morning after breakfast, dad will go to his clinic in this big public hospital. He's a neurosurgeon. He loves having clinic there. Helping poor people in need. And my mom will wait till Azure went to his day care with Claire (Our Nanny from redd to azure) before going to her dental clinic which is 5 minutes away from dad's hospital clinic. They will meet by lunch time to eat, then work again. By dinner time, they'll just bring take-outs for us. There are times that their not home, when there's operations and emergencies. That was the time that I need to level-up my cooking skills or chopping skills because it was really claire who cooks in my behalf, she's so sweet and they dont want the taste when i cook. But Sunday will always be quality time for us. Watching movies, picnic, eating out.

Claire and Azure were watching barney and friends in the living room. Hunter sitting beside azure but oblivious to his surroundings, the normal him. He was playing with his android phone or maybe texting another girl, I don't know. His phone was always at his hand. Before going to my room I went to azure to give him a big hug.

"hi my honey" I said to him

"lavie, I miss you. where have you been? I thought we were going to play" he said while pouting. Maybe he's a little used-to to our playing time this whole summer.

"Oh I miss you too. I went out with my friends to plan something. We will play next time, okay?"

"Okay" he said before going back to watching barney singing colors of rainbow. "Red is the color of an apple..." i heard him sing

I went upstairs to my room. Its in the left side 2nd floor 1st door. Our house is slightly big, 3 storey house. Mom and dad 's room is in the third floor whole rightside, the master's bedroom. Redd's in 3rd floor, leftside 1st door. Hunter's in 3rd fooor also leftside 2nd door. My parents put their room along redd's and hunter's so they can monitor them at night. It was difficult for hunter and redd to jump in the window at 3rd floor at that height. But that didnt stop them to slip at weekends. They were using azure's at 2nd floor sometimes.

Anyway,back to my lovely room. Being the only girl, i have my own bathroom, ensuite and a walking closet. Its the perk of being an only girl. And guess the color of my room.... yes, its color lavender and pink. I love to design my room girly, so my wrought iron four-poster bed is white, bedding was pink with ruffles, side table pink and white, wall paper lavender, carpet is light pink, pillows well lavender and pink...my other things like computer table and lampshade were color white just to complement the colors. Dont get me wrong my room doesnt look like a toddler-princess room, its like a teenage-princess room. Haha.

I lied in bed thinking of maze. I dont get why he doesnt notice me. I mean, i am pretty, an above average in looks (yeah, i believe in my lovely self). I'm an 'it' girl among some in our school. When im walking, lots of people tried to get my attention, talking to me and boys flirting with me was normal. But him, always no reaction. I just dont know why.

I woke up having 'war' inside my stomach (im hungry) and checked my phone, its 4am. I fell asleep thinking of maze. Mom didnt wake me up, maybe she thought im tired, i'm really tired mentally. This is the longest period for me thinking of one thing or in this case, one person. I went in the kitchen to get myself hot choco. Claire was there.

"Goodmorning claire" i said to her.

"Goodmorning to you too lavie. Why awake at this early?" She knew that i love to sleep and if i can sleep whole day, i will do it wholeheartedly.
