4. Confessions and A Kiss

Niall's POV

It was 5 minutes before the bell rang. I already went to the back entrance, waiting for Amy. I stood around the corner so no one would see me.

Then, finally, I saw Amy walking trough the door. She jumped up as l took hold of her hand.

"Hey" I whispered. "Hi, uh, what's up" she asked nervously. I opened my mouth to say something but a teacher who walked past the door saw us.

"Shit! Follow me!" I laughed. Amy took my hand and we ran away. We stopped around a corner as Amy ran out of breath.

"Why.. Did you.. Run?" she panted. "Cause I don't think he'll like to see this." I whispered. Amy's eyes grew bigger as I came closer. Then I gently brushed her cheeks and dipped my head to hers. I liked being taller than Amy.

"Niall, I wanna tell you something" her beautiful dark brown eyes locked with my blue ones "I-I don't really know how to say this .. I-I kinda like you and you seem really sweet but my friend tells me different and-" I interrupted her by pressing my lips on hers.

After a few minutes I pulled back. Amy looked at me shyly and took her under lip between her teeth. "I like you too"I whispered while resting my chin on her head.

I checked the time as I was starting to get hungry. "lunch break begins" I mumbled. "oh, maybe we should go back to school?" Amy said. She obviously wasn't planning on missing the rest of the lessons. It was kinda cute how she was a bit nerdy. I never felt the same about any girl as I felt about Amy. I nodded and we walked back to school.

Amy's POV

"Where were you?!" Jess screamed as I sat down next her at the table we always sat in the break. "Well hello to you too" I mumbled. "Just tell Amy" Jess said giving me an angry look.

"I, uh, I had to go to the doctor" I quickly lied. Jess shaked her head and walked away.

I waited till she was out of sight and then turned to Poppy and Claire. "What the hell is wrong with her?!" I almost screamed. "You got a little time?" Claire asked. "Don't tell her or anyone we told this, okay?" Poppy said.

"Jess has a huge crush on Niall and she's jealous as hell. She's trying to ruin your chances with him" Claire whispered.

I think no one can ruin my 'chances' anymore. I inside joked wit myself. I accidentely laughed out loud.

"Um, maybe I get you wrong, but there's nothing funny about that" Poppy said. "oh no, I was thinking of something else" I said.

"Well, I'm going to see if Jess' okay" Poppy said and walked away.

Jess' POV

"Jess wait!" I heard Poppy scream from behind me. "What?" I said pissed. "Come" she said as she guided me to the toilets.

"Listen, I'm also pissed off because of Amy, but if we stay close to her, well get close to Niall" she grinned. "You're right.. And as soon as we have Niall, we dump Amy" I added. Poppy nodded and the bell rang

We had geography now, which was great cause Poppy and I sat in the back right behind Amy an Claire.

"time to kiss some asses" Poppy whispered as we sat down. I tapped on Amy's back, she turned around. "Amy, I am so sorry for my weird reaction recently. I just realise I should be happy for you, which I am" I said holding her hands and putting on a fake smile. "Oh, okay" she shortly said. "It's all okay again, right?" I asked. "Yeah sure" Amy nodded.

"She completely falls for it" I whispered as I had turned back to Poppy. We high fived each other from under the desks. The lesson began.
