Niall's POV

I sat on the couch in my apartment. I hoped I didn't bring Amy too much trouble with her dad and stuff.

I looked at my phone to see what time it was. I noticed I had a text from Amy. She probably got her phone back then.

I excitedly opened it but turned disapointed as soon as I did that.

'I think we need to break up, it's too hard for me to have a relationship like this.' it said

What?

I was so mad at her right now! How could she do that. She was the first girl I really liked.

Fuck it, I thought I could trust her, that she understood me, but no, apparently not.

I should show Amy how wrong she was with breaking up, I should make her jealous. But with who?

Then I remembered the girl who texted me yesterday, Poppy. She was perfect for this, mostly because she's one of Amy's friends. And the best thing: Poppy had the biggest breasts in the whole school.

Can't wait till tomorrow. I thought

MONDAY MORNING

Amy's POV

Mom woke me up. I sat up in my bed running my eyes. I couldn't wait to get to school and see my friends again. And, of course, Niall.

I went to take a shower and then downstairs to have breakfast. Mom looked at me nervously as I say down at the table. "Something wrong?" I asked. "N-no, nothing" she shortly responded. We awkwardly sat on the opposite of each. I didn't look into mom's eyes.

"You ready to go to school?" she asked when I stood up. I gave her a slight nod before I went to put the dishes in the sink.

I slowly put on my shoes and my jacket while mom already opened the door. "Why are you in a hurry? We're not late" I said as I walks through it. "Just get into the car Amy" she pushed me out the door and then closed it behind her.

The ride to school was silent and we didn't even look each other in the eyes.

"See you here after school" mom called after me as I quickly stepped out of the her car.

I strolled over to my locker silently and opened it. I threw my geography books in it and got my English ones out. I looked at my watch to see it was almost time, so I walked over to the classroom I was in.

"Hey Amy!" I heard a familiar hyper voice squeaking. It was Jess. I hadn't talk talk to her much lately.

"Hi" I said. "So, what's between you and Ni?" she whispered widely grinning as I sat down next to her. "How do you know about that?" I whisper-yelled as I put a stroke of hair behind my ear.

"Amy, it's obvious, you're so transparent" Jess laughed. "But, I thought you liked him?" I said. "Used to" she said staring in front of her.

I wanted to ask further, but I got distracted my the door that closed with a creaking sound. I didn't eve notice everyone was in class already.

Except for Niall, but he always skipped the first lesson.

After 10 minutes of boring English the door flew open. Niall came in. I smiled as he walked past me, but he didn't make any eye contact. Strange.

"Next time close the door please" mrs. Hook said putting on her tiny round glasses. I only heard a sigh coming from Niall.

I felt his eyes piercing in my back as the lesson went on. Something was wrong, but I had now idea what it could be.
