The sun was shining brightly through the window when Kaya woke up.
Sitting up made her breath heavily.
Her back hurt and her shoulders burned.
At first she was confused but she only had to recall the last night to know what had happened.
Just the thought of it made her chest burn and her head spin.
There was nothing she wanted more than to lay in bed all day but she didn't want anyone to worry about her or -even worse- ask her what's wrong so she slowly placed one bare foot after the other on the cold, wooden floor next to her bed.

Johnny almost liked the current situation.
Paul and Steve were sitting at the table, fighting over a chocolate bar, while Sid and him just listened to the Stones vinyl they had just turned on.
Well he ALMOST liked it.
Everything seemed fine except for that longhaired guy, sitting on the couch in the background, also known as Kyle.
Johnny found today he looked specially "slapable".
His eyes had the same dangerous gleaming in them as always but today he looked satisfied in a very mean way.
Maybe Johnny was just making that up in his head.
Maybe.

Sid hated him.
He hated him.
He hated how his eyes gleamed and how he smiled.
He even hated the way he breathed.
But most of all Sid hated that he had what he wanted deeply.
Kyle, or however his name was, always gave the impression he knew exactly that he had what Sid wanted.
And that was what made Sid want to punch him in the face sometimes.
But Sid didn't do that.
He didn't punch people.
He only planned to all the time.
Also it was quite clear who would win a fight if he started one ...
...and it would not be Sid.
Sid played around with his padlock chain bored to death when suddenly the door opened...
