You were currently in your suit, much like your fathers, that is red white and blue. You were in a crashing plane. "(Y/n) sweetie! Please don't leave me like he did!" Peggy begged over the earpeice.
"Mom... You know that I won't live! I'm sorry.. I have to land her in the water!" You said feeling tears fall down your cheeks. Peggy began to sob. "Please! Don't repeat what your father done!" Peggy cried. You looked down into the freezing sea that awaits you.
"Its OK mom... I love you!" You said as you hit the freezing sea. You felt cold, you begin to fall in and out of darkness. And the need to breath was painful. Then you soon felt yourself plunge into slumber.
2015
Steve went to the museum. Again. When he arrived, he saw a larger crowd than usual. "Did you hear about the new Miss US exhibit?" A kid said. "Yeah! Isn't it opened today?" He asked. "Yeah!" The other yelled. Steve furrowed his brows. Miss US?
When Steve walked around he saw signs pointing to the exhibit. When he got there it was full of notes, books, uniforms, pictures, videos, and a shield, much like his. He walked around the exhibit. He looked at the shield and under it said,"Replica of her vibranium shield!" He was astonished. Vibranium was what his shield is made of!
He saw a picture of her. A (h/c) headed girl with bright (e/c) eyes, and a smile that could make anyone swoon. She had the natural look. He smiled softly. He looked at some of the books and journals. As he read into the book when she was 9 he got interested.
"My mom has been... Out of it. She has been working like crazy, crying out of nowhere, saying that some man is dead and long gone. I'm not sure what she means. I just hope she stops. It's sad to see my mom like this."
Soon he went to see a video of her. She had a silky voice. The video was a documentary if her life. Real footage of what she went through on a daily basis. "Girls don't belong here. You should be in the town doing your make up." A guy on the documentary said.
She faced the man and smiled. "And you should be more polite. If anything, a super soldier like I should be here helping people." She said as she socked him in the jaw. Steve softly smiled. He then saw a girl with (h/c) hair walk into the exhibit not looking up once.
He couldn't see her face. He saw her read the journals. "He was never there. He never let mom have the chance to tell him." She mumbled, loud enough for Steve to hear. The voice, that silky voice, sounded familiar... How?
He walked up to her. She looked at him and a flame ignited in her eyes. She was beyond furious. "Hello Captain America." She said with venom lacing her voice. Steve was taken back. What did he do to this girl? "Ma'am what's wrong?" Steve asked. "I don't know. Maybe someone who was supposed to be there wasn't. Maybe he never let my mom tell her she was pregnant with me."
She then looked at Steve completely then it clicked. She is Miss US! You stormed off. You then walked around the place and saw a nursing home. You softly smiled. You remembered when you would help the elderly. You decided to walk in and help. When you did you walked into a random room.
You then saw a lady. "(Y/n)? Darling is that really you?" She said. You remembered that English accent. "M-mom?" You said. You ran over to her and hugged her. She began crying on your shoulder and you cried to.
