You sat across the room and saw a scrawny man with blonde hair. You thought he was kinda cute. He was clearly wanting the attention of a certain lady named Peggy. He caught you looking at him and you smiled at him with a wave. He walked over to you and said,"Hello ma'am." You said a hello back and learned his name. Steve Rogers. "My name is (Y/n)." You said. "So. That girl over there. You want her attention don't you?" You said. He nodded a 'yes' to you. "OK. So if you want her attention, get her jealous. Dance with another girl." You said gesturing to all the women. "Nobody wants to dance with me. Plus I don't really know how." He said looking down sheepishly.
"Dance with me. I can teach you." You said. He looked up in shock. "Really? You will be my first dancing partner?" He said. "Of course." You said. He took your hand and you shown him some steps. "You are a fast learner." You said with a smile. He smiled back and Peggy was taking notice. When she glared at you, you smiled. "Some girl notices." You whispered. He looked over slightly and saw Peggy. You pulled away and said goodbye. "Will we ever see each other again?" He said. "Only time will tell." You said with a smile. Steve saw a man walk in front of you and when the man passed, you were gone.
You were 204 at the time. Now you are 274. You look the same. You lost all contact with Thor. How? He was hardly ever in Asgard and you don't know where he could've gone. How do you know Thor? You were his sister, and the Goddess of Mystery. You could turn into mist and travel quickly, and you had super strength. You were currently getting into a knee length (f/c) dress. You were invited by the one and only Tony Stark because he thought you were "smoking hot." You turn into mist and travel there. You then turn into your normal self in a vacant area and walk into the party.
You look around and see an elegant room with people dancing, drinking, and chatting up a storm. You walk down the steps and see a familiar glint of long blonde hair. You walk towards it to see Thor. "Thor?" You said. He turned around and his face lit up. "Sister!" He said you ran to him and hugged him. "I have missed you dearly!" You said. "As have I." He said. He put his arm around you shoulders and walked you to a group. "Woah Thor are you hooking up?" Clint asked. "No. This is my sister!" He said. You look around the group of friends and see Tony smirking at you. "Wipe that grin of your face Stark, before I beat you with Mjölnir." Thor said.
You then scan the group once more and saw a muscular male with blonde hair and electric blue eyes. You knew him. He still had the same familiar face, just not as scrawny as before. "Steve, I figured we would meet again." You said looking at him. He looked at you in a confused way. "How do you know me?" He said. "You seriously forgot the person who taught you how to dance, AND was your first dancing partner?" You said with a quirked eyebrow. "(Y/n)?" He said. "Ding, ding, ding!" You said. "So how did your relationship with the one girl go?" You said. "Good I guess." He said.
Throughout the night you and Steve talked more and soon some of the songs from the forties came on. "Care to dance?" He said with a smile. "Gladly." You said back. He extended a hand and you gladly took it. You began to dance to sings like Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy. A slow song came on and you said,"This was the song we dance to when we danced together." He nodded. "You remember to?" He said with a smile that could make anyone's heart melt. Hell that smile can make straight guys gay for him.
He held his hands firmly on your waist and your arms around his neck. As you two danced you were quiet and spoke a little. Eventually you two stared into each others eyes. You got closer and closer until there was and inch left. He gladly closed the space between you two and kissed you with passion and care. You kissed back. The kiss wasn't long or short. But it was still sweet and loving. "So... Do you want to go out with me?" He said with a blush tinting his cheeks. "Of course." You said pecking his lips. "I knew that I picked the right girl for my first dancing partner."
