"Hope come on I told you to pack we gotta getting going the moving people will be here any moment," Mom yells

"I don't even know why we have to move back to Florida I barely remember anything from there," I say annoyed

"Don't use that tone with your mother and all she did was ask you to finish packing your room," Damien says

I took my eyes and put the rest of the remaining things in one big box and sealing it shut.

"Don't roll your eyes at him," She demands

"Look he my step pop and I love him but he need to know he ain't my daddy," I say

"Little girl I didn't know who the hell you talking to, but I'm a walking away from you before a take a belt to yo ass cause you don't never say that shit to him when he is around more then your own father," she says and turns and walks out the room

Demien trailing before her trying to clam her down I pout and flip down on my bed and look at my celling. I'll miss it here this has been home since mom got out of her first years college I'm 18 now and this has been my home since I was 6 and I'm not fond with leaving me friends.

"You know you should take it on him cause dad's been MIA," Hunter says

I sit up to find him standing at the door

"Don't you have a hoe to say bye to," I say rolling my eyes

"I'm serious H I know you and dad are close but pops been there since there since the beginning to he been there just as long and you need to respect him because there's been many nights he's been the one wiping tears because you had a nightmare," he says

"You've always been closer to Demien,"

"Because pops always been there but he ain't my daddy and I know this but I respect him for stepping up and you should to so stop giving him lip he don't need that or deserve it,"

"Good now leggo Brain been ask for you for the lasted ten minutes," He says

I get up from my bed and we both walk down the stair into the living room to see all our friends stand there Maim got tears in her eyes.

"Aww bitch don't cry you could always visit us," I say pulling her into a hug

"I'm the next Beta female there's no way Jorge is ever letting me leave the state," She says

"Oh I have my ways just you see," I say pulling away

She giggles and I bop her noise and I move on to the next which is Brain.

"You know I'm a miss you sis," he says with a sly smile

"Then come with you know I need you," I say with a pout

"My dad would kill me if he found out I lifted the family her a werewolf," He says

"Your 19 he can't do much and your my hunter,"

"And your my wolf but my little sister needs me she still three and there's no way my father will every let me take her," he says

"How about we just steal her it's not like he'll ever get sober enough to notice,"

He chuckles and nod his agreement and I squeal and jump up and down and pull him into a giant hug.

"Clam down little wolf I see you and three days leave the door open," he says

"Nope lets go get Molly and you can leave with us we'll get new shit and Florida,"

"Alright lets go,"

"Yeah just let me tell my moms and pops,"

He nods and I walk into the into the kitchen and I see mom and pops sitting at the kitchen table.

"Mom Brain and I our going to get Molly and we'll meet you guys at the airport," I say

"Alright just be there on time I don't want you to get lifted and can you check on Doe please she's been typing away at her phone for the longest," She says

"Doe's texting Cory because he knows she's coming home so there on minutes by minutes texting until the plane touches down," I say

"But isn't he in class?" She asks

"Maybe I don't know," I shrug

"Alright will y'all get going so you don't be late and tell Brain that his and baby girls tickets will be waiting on them,"

I nod and I walk back to the kitchen taking Brain's hand in mine and pull him through the front door. We get in his pick up and driver literally around the corner and pull into his drive way, we quickly get out the car seeing ass his dads car isn't in the driveway.

Once we're in the house I quickly make my way up the stairs to Molly's room and I grab the escape bag that I had on stand by for the longest at the slightest chance that I could get them out of here.

I grab the bag from under the bed and I grab a sleeping Molly and I carefully place her on my hip while resting her heart on my shoulder. I walk out of the room and I rush back down strand out the door and I carefully throw the bag in the back seat and I buckle Molly up in her care seat. I place I kiss on the top of her blonde locks and I close the door and make my way back into the house to get Brian.

I hear something come crushing to the ground near his father's study.

I walk faster and I make my way to the study. I bust open the door to find Brain's father holding a gun to he's head. I gasp and this turns all attention to me. Brain eyes meet mines for a split second before returning to his father's.

"I thought I told you to stop fucking with this mutt," his father growls

"I thought I told you to stop pointing guns at me," Brain growls back

"What makes you think you can take my family?" He questions me angrily

"I'm not taking them we're just going for ice cream I leave in a hour," I reason

"Then why is he taking my emergency money from the safe," he growls now pointing the gun at me

"I don't know," I say softly

"Leave her alone," Brain growls

"Shut up before I put a bullet between her eyes!" His dad yells

I whimper and I can smell Brain's anger and disapproval.

"Why are we playing weak when we could easily kick his drunk ass?" Roxy asks angrily

"Because he thinks we're weak so let's let him duh but as soon as he gets to outta pocket we can fuck em' up," I say

"Shit I'm ready," Roxy says excitedly

I cut the connection and I see Brain charge at his father and tackle home to the ground. The gun goes off with a loud bang and I feel a sharp pricing go through my hip and I gasp and I feel my knees get weak and I fall to the ground with a thump not being able to hold my weight anymore.

"Hope!" Brain yells

He voice distant and quite as I try to keep my eyes open. The darkness is taking over faster then I thought it would and I can see flashes of moments with me and dad. Lots of moments with me and Hunter many with mom , moments I should even remember. Moments with Faith teachings her to ride a bike and paint her nails, I see imagines of Colton. Soon my eyes slowly fall shut but not before I hear a second shot go off and a hard thump.
