Chapter 2: Allison’s P.O.V.
He pushed me up against the wall and I slowly brought my mouth to his, letting our lips connect for a moment before pulling away. He wasn’t expecting that. Quickly coming back for more, he kissed me this time. I let it last. His lips were slightly chapped, but not enough to make me uncomfortable.
What was his name again? Ben? Brian? Brent? It’s something with a ‘B’…
So tonight was the Winter Dance. It was held at the Westin, one of the best hotels in Pittsburgh and I have to say, this place is pretty damn classy. I mean, there was a restroom attendant. Anyway, all the girls had their best dresses on, and the guys rented tuxes.
We made our way over to the bed, our mouths still in contact. Once we were laying down, me on top of him, I opened my mouth and deepened the kiss. He moaned.
My cocktail dress was dark red, with a black sash tied into a loose bow in the front. The silky fabric hugged my torso and puffed out the slightest bit at my hips to end at mid-thigh with a little black lace sticking out. Not to brag, but I looked pretty good.
I went stag. Actually, most people did to this dance; it wasn’t prom or anything…
Questionablely-Brandon and I broke apart to breathe. I started to unbutton his shirt; he finished for me, taking it off and revealing his perfectly tanned, perfectly toned, six-pack abs. I reached out my hand to feel them and he shivered under my touch. Our lips connected again.
The music wasn’t bad and the room we were in was huge. It was mostly filled though; almost all of the upperclassmen came.
The night started out great. I talked and danced with a lot of guys. I ate dinner before coming with my friend Eric, which was actually kind of weird because I thought it was going to be like a group thing, but he only invited me. I hope he didn’t mean for it to be a date…
Bruno was on top now. My hands were tangled in his brunette, combed to make it look like it wasn’t combed, hair. His hand felt its way down my thigh.
Some guys got rooms at the hotel for their dates, but like I said most people went alone so other guys got rooms just in case they got lucky.
During a slow song, Bryce asked me to dance with him. After it ended, he invited me to go someplace quieter. Knowing what that meant, I grabbed my shoes and came up with him.
It was the end of the night anyway and people were starting to leave. I drove here, so I don’t have to worry about getting a ride.
Oh, shit! I bolted upright on the bed, while B-man was unzipping my dress. He stopped and looked up at my face.
“What’s wrong?” he asked me, a little disappointed because he was half way done.
I totally forgot! “I was supposed to give Carson a ride home!”
I checked the time, 12:30, the dance ended an hour ago!
“Who’s that?”
I ignored him. Getting out of the bed, I walked over to where I left my purse and checked my phone. She called me twice.
I quickly dialed Carson’s number. It went straight to voice mail.
“Her phone’s off. I have to go find her,” I told him.
“But…” He trailed off; his eyebrows were pulled together in confusion. He’s probably not used to being told no.
Opening the door, I told him, “Thanks for tonight. It was…nice.”
“See you at school?” He inquired.
“Yeah, see you.” I shut the door.
