Chapter Three: Almost Drunken Mistakes

The next three days were very slow and uneventful, the days just seemed to drag on, yup, you just have to love summer. Without Claire my days were very boring. We were constantly texting each other and keeping each other updated.

She hated her soon to be step mom and she was dreading the wedding in two days. She didnt even have George to accompany her.

She kept pestering me about if I have seen Reese work or if I started like him or if I had been to his house. Yah, she was slightly obsessed.

The last few days Alex and Reese had been hanging out in his new house. The quiet was refreshing. However, silence was only welcomed for so long. I sighed and pushed myself out of my bed. I needed to do something. Needed to go outside.

I quickly changed into my purple striped bikini and grabbed a beach towel before headed downstairs and out back. I laid my towel on the chair and went back inside.

Grabbing a bottle of water and the tanning oil I went back outside. I plugged my phone into the dock and started playing All Time Low.

The sun felt warm on skin. I normally laid out and tanned when Claire was with me but seeing as she was away I had no other choice. Closing my eyes I lay back against the lawn chair.

 "Manage me, I'm a mess. Turn the page, I'm a book half unread..."

I was singing along with the words when I suddenly felt hands enclosing around my wrists and ankles. I let out ans ear piercing scream as I was lifted into the air. I see Alex and Reese smirking down at me. "Hold your breath," they laughed right before they tossed me into the water.

When I resurface, they take the opportunity and jump in, sending waves to spill over me. My mouth was filled with the nasty chlorinated pool water. I chocked and spit it all out as I glared at them and cursed.

"Both of you are asswipes." I said before taking my leave and swimming to the edge of pool and hoisted myself out. I wring the water out of my hair and tie it back before laying back down in my lawn chair.

Reese and Alex were goofing off and started squirting each other with water guns. About half an hour later they climbed out and walked over to me. I raised an eyebrow and scruitinized the smiles that were plastered on their faces. They were planning something but I was unsure of what. "What ever you two are thinking, don't even think about it."

They shook their heads, causing water to rain down onto my body. I squealed before standing up. "Really Alexander? Really?" I placed my hands on my hips trying to be attemidating.

He just smiled at me with mischeif filling his eyes. A wicked smile appeared on my face. They were standing on the edge of the pool. I glanced at their feet than back at them. "Y'all asked for it," I said to them in a serious manner. "Asked for what," they asked glancing back and forth between each other.

"This," I shouted as I pushed them backwards and into the pool. At the last second they each grabbed my wrist and pulled me in with them. I slapped the water. "Damn." I thought I could get away with it.

"Nice try Sis," my brother commented. I frowned and I went to get out of the pool. My brother reached out for me and caught my bikini string instead. I gasped and it fell off but I sent a silent prayer because my back was towards the boys.

I ran over to my chair and wrapped my towel around my chest before turning around and facing the boys. Reese now had my top. "Give it here..."

"Or what?"
