Reese couldn't figure out what drinking Alison's blood had to do with anything? Besides it wasn't really a drink it was just a simple sip. "What is this great idea of yours, Nicholai?"

Nicholai grinned as he starting walking towards the door. Reese wanted to punch that shit eating grin off of his face. However, he restrained himself and followed Nicholai out the door. "I read in one of my aunts books that if you have the right things after drinking someone's blood, you can find them. It's a shot in the dark but it's the only thing I can think of. I don't even know if I believe it."

Shot in the dark? He was out of his mind. There was no way that by drinking someone's blood you could find them. If it was true nobody would ever be lost.

"Where are we going?" Reese didn't realize that Alex had followed them. However, It didn't surprise him considering they were trying to find his sister. Reese looked over at Nicholai because he was wondering the same question.

"We are going to my aunts shop. She should be there and she had a connection to Alison. I'm hoping she'll help us."

Reese still couldn't believe everything he thought he knew was a lie. He still definitely could not believe Alison was half vampire. That meant that they could be together. It would slightly frowned upon but they could be together - that is if after all this she still wanted to be with him.

A few minutes later, the trio arrived at the bookstore Alison has just gotten a job at. Nicholai banged loudly on the door. Lights flipped on inside as his aunt made her way to the front door. She looked surprised to see the boys standing here. She opened the door and placed her hands on her hip. "Nicholai, what in the blue moon are you doing here?"

He ran a hand through his hair. "I need your help. It's Alison. She's been taken by the Brotherhood." The old lady looked very surprised.

"Why didn't you say so to begin with. Come in." She ushered Alex, Reese, and Nicholai into her bookstore before locking the door behind them and leading them into a parlor. They all sat down and she offered each of them a glass of tea before she sat down herself. "So, Nicholai. What happened?"

It was hard enough for Reese to listen to the story the first time Nicholai recounted it but now it was even harder because he knew the truth.

Amelia sighed. "That's just terrible what happened to her. I knew she was special the second she walked through those doors, I just didn't realize how special that child was."

"How did you know she was special?" Reese looked over at Alex. He had been quiet this whole time. Never saying anything, just listening.

"The same reason I know you are special, son. I'm a witch. I am very good at reading people. I am a very skilled witch. I have been around for a very long time - much longer than you can imagine. Now Nicholai, tell me what you need me to do to help."

"Aunt Amelia, I read in one of your books that if you drank someone's blood, then you can find them. Is it true."

Reese watched as Amelia's face grew dark. "I have heard it's happened once or twice. It won't be easy nor pleasant."

The boys nodded in understand. "What do we need?"

"You three are all I need. I have someone from her past, present, and future all in front of me. I have someone who is the other half of her, someone she loves, and someone she will grow to love."
