I'm so sorry for not updating in weeks. I was really busy with school since the school year is almost ending and I am on the track and field team so there are practices everyday after school for about 1 and a half hours. I will try my best to post more chapters! Thanks for understanding :)

Jason's POV

I didn't know where to go. I had no place to stay. If we stayed here in Stratford then they will find us. They will torture us. And they will kill us. If we stay here then they win and I lose.

I can't let that happen.

"Jason?" Maddie's voice was soft and fragile.

"Yes baby?" I answered back.

"Thanks for saving me."

I could see her head turn to me and a smile formed on her face. She leaned over and kissed my cheek gently and pulled back to her seat.

"Anytime. I'm so glad that I found you! I'm so glad you're safe now. When you were gone all I wanted was you to be with me."

I looked out on the road. The feelings I had without her was terrible. I was always worried and stressed. I remember that sleepless night I had because all I was thinking about was her. I would take my life for her.

"Jason, they tortured me. Not only physically but emotionally. They took me away from you. I couldn't stop thinking about you..." Her voice trailed off. I heard her sniffle with lead tears streaming down her face.

"Don't cry baby. I'm here now. You're safe with me. I will protect you. I will do anything for your safety. You're mine and I'm yours. I love you."

I took my right hand off the wheel and places it on her thigh. Her hand overlaying mine, she held tightly.

"Promise?"

"Pinky promise." I smiled as I held out my pinky and intwined it with her pinky.

"Daniel's Point of View"

"You fucking idiots! Who doesn't load a gun before they leave?" I yelled both at Andrew and Ryan.

"Don't look at me! Ryan had the gun!" Andrew pointed a finger at Ryan.

"Doesn't matter who had the gun or what! We lost BOTH Maddison and Jason because of you two!" I pinched the ridge of my nose and sighed in frustration.

"We want our money back!" Andrew yelled.

"Fuck no! We have to find them no matter where the road takes us. We need to kill them both."

"Well we better get going! We might catch up to them." Ryan suggested.

And with that, we got into the car and drove as fast as we can, hoping to catch up to them."
