It had been a couple months since Rayne had moved in with Ricky and Chris. Her anxiety and depression had been bothering her terribly and she just wanted to sleep constantly. She hadn't been sleeping very much because her mind wouldn't stop trailing to her last moments with her mom and how much she missed her dad. She couldn't take the constant battle she was having with her self. It was driving her crazy.

"Rayne can you go to the grocery store?" Ricky asked. Rayne sighed. "Uh.. yeah just give me a minute." She got out of bed and put her shoes on then walked down stairs to the living room to see Neveah and Trent watching Young Justice. "Neveah baby do you wanna go to the store with me." "Not now mommy." Rayne sighed and grabbed her keys. She didn't feel like going alone.

Rayne walked into the store and grabbed a cart she basically needed to get everything because the band was coming over for dinner soon. She went around the store three times to make sure she had everything. "Rayne?" Rayne turned around to see who said her name, "Carson, no way!" She said smiling when she saw her ex boyfriend from high school. "How have you been?" He asked once he got closer. "I've been better.." she said. "Oh im sorry. I just got back from school. I'm taking a break on getting my degree." He said. "Wow that's great. I actually adopted a little girl I found when I was on tour. And well its a long story." She told him. "Well hey maybe we can hang out sometime?" he smiled. "Totally." Rayne gave him her number and address and went to check out.

"Mommy! Did you get yogurt?" Neveah said while running to the kitchen. "Ddduuhh!" Rayne said while smiling. "Someones happy." Chris said as he started putting away the food. "Oh its noticeable?" Chris laughed at her "Yeah it is I didn't know grocery stores were that exciting." Rayne smiled "I ran into someone I had a really good past with." Chris nodded and left the kitchen.

Rayne had been texting Carson since they ran into each other at the grocery store, she could feel feelings rekindling. At first it confused her but then she thought about what her dad always use to tell her, "Everything happens for a reason. Just do what you think is right." And talking to Carson felt right.

"Gonna help me cook?" Ricky said walking past a smiling Rayne. He was annoyed at how she was acting he wished he was the reason she was smiling and not whoever was on the other end of her phone. "Yeah. She got up and put her phone in her back pocket." The band was here and in the back yard with Rayne and Ricky while they grilled chicken, shrimp kabobs, and burgers. "Rayne your guest is here." Chris said as he and Carson walked in the back. Rayne looked at him and smiled, "Hi" she said. Carson smiled and walked over to her. "Hey beautiful." He said as he hugged her. "Carson this is Ricky, and that's Balz, Ghost, Ryan, and Vinny. You already met Chris at the door." Rayne said. Carson laughed. "Yeah."

Everyone was sitting at the back patio table and talked and ate. "Do you want to come over later and listen to music." Carson whispered. Rayne smiled and answered. "Yeah."

"So your brother signed you up to win motionless in white tickets and to hang out with them?" Rayne laughed. "Yeah and I won, got a job with them, and gained a daughter. Crazy right?" Carson smiled "Speaking of her where is she? I didn't see her at dinner?" He asked. "She spends time with my brother when the other guys are over she isn't comfortable with them yet." Carson nodded and got closer, "If you're going to kiss me just do it." Rayne said right before Carson's lips crashed into hers.
