It had been a week since Rayne's mom passed away, after the funneral that only her, her brother and Neveah attended, Rayne had officially adopted Neveah and was now her mother. Rayne had been ignoring the guys calls and texts all week, she was too upset to answer and she didn't know if she was ready to uncover her hidden secrets. Her secrets weren't really big ones or anything major, but they were something the guys would need to know, they were her friends after all.
Rayne's phone rung sending an echo through the silent house. She looked at it debating on answering; it was Ricky. She missed him so much, she was just worried about what he'd say. She sighed and answered the phone. "Rayne? Oh my gosh finally we've been so worried! Are you alright?" Rayne smiled a little bit, "Yeah i'm fine.. I just had some things to deal with." she responded, "Oh.. Is Neveah still with you? Everythings still okay with her right?" Rayne giggled at how worried he sounded, "Yeah, She's my daughter now... It took a little bit because i'm not married, but she's mine now." "That's great, can uh.. Can we come over?" Ricky said sounding nervous. Rayne thought for a minute, "Yeah, sure." she told him. "Awesome, because we're in your driveway."Rayne got up and looked out the window and saw ricky and the guys standing by Ghost's car. "Why're you guys just standing their, come inside." Rayne laughed. She saw Ricky laugh as he hung up the phone and told the guys to start walking in. She opened up the door and squinted at how bright it was. Chris smiled at her as he got closer to the door. She stepped back so she wasn't in the way. "Long time no see." Chris said as he and the other guys walked in. Rayne led them all to the couch and sighed.
"is everything okay?" Ricky asked. Rayne sighed again and shook her head. "Rayne what's wrong?" Ricky asked. "My mom passed away. She had cancer and I've been taking care of her.... This is actually her house." Rayne just spit out what she's been trying to tell them. What she's been trying to tell everyone that's came over. Now that her moms gone she doesn't know where she's going to go. And her brother.. he's still in school. It was all so nerve wrecking she just wanted it to end. Rayne sighed "I.. my brother and Neveah.." Rayne sat in her moms chair and started to cry. Ricky rushed over to her and tried to calm her down. "What about them?" He asked. "We have no where to go! I cant afford this house." She managed to say. "You could stay at my house." Ghost said. It was a shocking offer. "All..all of us?" Rayne asked. "Yeah I don't see why not." Ricky glared at ghost. He was the only other single one. "Or you could stay at mine." Ricky said. "Neveah might like that better." Rayne said. "I have to clean out the house though..", "We can help with that." Chris said. Rayne smiled a little. "I've missed you guys so much."
