The move (part 1)

As I'm packing for college my best friend Amelia is helping me, she's also coming with me which is making this move easier. I got Accepted to USC. I'm nervous yet exited for this major mile stone for me. I'm leaving in 3 days and I have yet to finish packing and to say good bye to my family. My dad is gonna be difficult, he is in the military and currently deployed in Afghanistan and I don't see him much. My mom, my brothers and I manage but we don't talk much me and my brother. He also went to college but in New York. As I start to cry Amelia says, " hey it's gonna be alright. We will always be here for you." My mom walks in and goes up to me, " I will see you tomorrow and then your dad and brother will be home and say bye. " I start crying even more. I think to myself everything's gonna be alright.
