I stared at the other bed,

In the room.

That side was so empty.

There was nobody there.

Oh, how I longed for a friend,

Somebody to laugh with

An actual friend.

Maybe my prayers had been answered?

A girl entered the room,

Lugging behind her,

A suitcase of sorts.

Her blonde hair, wavy.

Her green eyes,

Searching.

Her scarred arms,

Story telling.

"Are you..."

She paused for a second.

"Anna-Marie?"

I sat on my head, staring at her.

"Uhh- yeah?"

I questioned.

Who was I?
