A Month Later
Greyson's POV
"I have to go." She nodded. "I love you beautiful."
"I love you too." She blew me a kiss. She hung up and I rolled out of bed. I ran a hand through my hair.
"Greyson stop moping over your girl and come on!" I pulled on a sweatshirt. I grabbed my backpack and walked out. "Finally! I would like to get some breakfast before class."
"Then shut up and walk Ethan." I chuckled, following him out of the room. "Do we have practice today?"
"Yeah. Why? You trying to ditch and go FaceTime Peyton?" I rolled my eyes at his mocking tone. "Seriously dude, you're whipped."
"No I'm not. You get a girl then go across the world and see how whipped you are." He got quiet. "I'm sorry mate."
"It's cool. I had one once. She was a foreign exchange student from Australia. I loved her." He looked down.
"If you don't mind me asking, what happened?" I looked at the girls' dorm as we walked by, a few girls waving.
"She left. She told me she was going back. I had planned a date for her so I could tell her I loved her but she told me she was breaking up with me and left the next day." We walked to the campus café. "But that was two years ago. Let's go get something to eat."
Peyton's POV
My phone rang and I answered without checking the caller ID. "Hello?"
"Hey Peyton." I smiled at my brother's voice. "What are you doing today?"
"Nothing really. Why?" I sat in bed on my laptop.
"Want to go with me?"
"Sure." I climbed out of bed. I heard a car horn and looked out the window. My brother smirked at me, "Give me five minutes." He nodded and hung up. I ran to my closet and threw on a pair of Adidas leggings, a black and white baseball tee, and the matching jacket to my leggings. I put on my black Supras and pulled my hair in a messy bun.
I grabbed my phone and keys and ran out. I ran to Logan's car, getting in. "Hey." I smiled at him and he pulled off.
"Where are we going?" I looked at my phone.
"I was going to get another tattoo later but Jade's doing some work for school so I left to give her some peace and quiet." I nodded.
"Let's get matching tattoos." I looked at him and he shrugged. He pulled up to Starbucks and we got out. We walked inside, the heat immediately warming me. We ordered and sat at a table near the door. "Seriously though. It'd be cool if we got matching tattoos."
"Okay. So what should we get?" He sipped his drink looking at me.
"I don't know." I scrolled through Pinterest and found a picture if a tattoo. "What about this? You can even pick a different font then we get each other's initials around it." I showed him the 'Ohana' tattoo.
"Yeah but I'm not getting the flower beside it." He chuckled, sipping his drink.
"We can get music notes? Or a football and pompom? Since you played football and I cheered."
"Or both." He nodded. "Let's do it." I smiled, picking up my cup. I chewed on the straw. "Why do you do that?" He chuckled.
"Habit." I giggled, putting the cup down. "How's school?"
"It's okay. How about you?"
"Same." I finished my drink, "Even harder in maths now that Greyson's gone."
