Bonnie sprinted through the wooded area sensing a witch nearby pushing herself to the the limit. "Ms. Bennet, to what do I owe the pleasure?" Qetsiyah asked appearing before her and Bonnie quickly launched into the story. "I'm a sucker for love I must admit, I just hope you know what you're doing. I will grant your request to raise Esther and now that my promise has been fulfilled I will no longer be of use to you. Good luck Ms. Bennett" she said fading away. Bonnie woke in her bed and immediately Augustine's voice rang out in her head telling her what Klaus had done, she promised to update her soon and Bonnie ran from the room in search of Kol and the others. "Klaus isn't coming back! Because he had been separated from them for so long Caroline and the babies went into duress, it almost sent her into a stressed premature labor so Tunde offered him a deal. Klaus gets to spend twelve hours with Caroline and the other twelve locked away with something a cursed bone blade in his chest"

"What the hell is that?" Stefan asked hugging Rebekah who was in tears as was Katarina. "The cursed bone blade sinks completely into the body and moves around shredding the insides until it is pulled out" Elijah said remembering what it felt like. "How honorable of Nicklaus, he's changed so much. He's dare I say human" Esther said standing at the foot of the stairs. "You all have seemingly found you humanity. It's beautiful really"

"Mother" Ester hugged Rebekah, Kol and lastly Elijah. They introduced her to Stefan, Bonnie and Katarina before they launched into their reasoning for bringing her back. "Niklaus has children... I have grandchildren" she smiled genuinely and for a moment the originals believed she was happy about it; but history left doubt in their minds. "I will save them but I cannot go right now, I need rest seeing that I was dead an moments ago" she said apologetically and Rebekah showed her to a guest room. "She tried to kill you?" Katarina asked when Rebekah returned. "Yep more than once and the last time Elena helped her" Rebekah said sitting in Stefan's lap. "She seems different does she not" Elijah pointed out and the siblings agreed; they all vowed to watch her closely still not willing to believe that she would so easily agree to help them. Bonnie contacted Augustine to get a message to Klaus and Caroline that they had successfully raised Esther but they still felt helpless. Their friend and sibling along with their unborn children were in pain but there was nothing left for them to do but wait. "Because Papa Tunde practiced sacrificial magic he would first need to be severed from the witches he is channeling" Ester explained the next morning which Bonnie volunteered to do and Augustine agreed to help. In order to be sure that they were at their strongest Ester advised them to wait until the full moon to draw from it's power which was in four days. Ester taught Bonnie about meditation to strengthen her power by drawing from the earth and the two spent majority of their time together in the garden behind the house. Stefan, Elijah and Kol would rescue Klaus leaving Caroline to Rebekah and Katarina. "Augustine said at night the dagger is removed and he is allowed to sleep with Care to keep them calm but he is very weak since they only give him enough blood to heal" Bonnie reported as they prepared.

Caroline's POV

I woke warmer than normal and the weight of an arm draped around my waist was startling. "Morning my love" it wasn't a dream, he was really here. "I missed you so much" I said just above a whisper I couldn't stop the tears from falling and when we kissed I felt like I could breathe again. "They're awake... I missed you" he grinned leaning down to kiss my belly but I held back a groan at their excited movement. Augustine came in with my breakfast as she normally did and blood for both me and Klaus. "What's that for?" he said with wide eyes as I was prepped for an amniocentesis. Augustine explained that they babies were now big enough to be born but she wanted to be sure that their lungs were ready to function on their own. "Maybe they will be still this time and we can actually perform the procedure" she smiled at Klaus. It was over in minutes and said she would be back once she got she results. "Klaus. I'm glad that you are here but what did you do to get here? Why is he allowing this?"

"Let's not talk about that love, what are we naming them?"

"What did you do Klaus?"

"It's simple Caroline" Papa Tunde said. "In day this blade will tear his insides to shreds in exchange for every night he spends with you keeping my new children happy" Tunde said twirling his blade between his fingers. The heart monitors spiked and Klaus quickly soothed them. "They don't like you" he said with a hard expression. "Once my son's spirits inhabit their bodies what they like won't matter. You have 12 hours before we begin" he spat leaving the room. To lighten the mood they talked about baby names since Augustine determined it to be a boy and a girl. "Do you mind if we name our son Henrik"

"Of course I don't, I think Henrik is great" she breathed playing with the necklace Klaus always wore. So they'd decided that they would name their son after his little brother knowing Kol, Rebekah and Elijah would love it. "For our daughter what about Henrietta"

"Ew NO!"

"Helena"

"Are you insane!"

"Henrik #2"

"I hope that's the end of your random guessing Nik because now I'm picking the girl name" Caroline laughed. "Hope sounds nice" he commented. "Henrick and Hope Forbes" she giggled. "Forbes?" he smirked placing playful kisses on her neck and jaw. "I was thinking of making you all Mikaelsons" he whispered pulling her ear lobe between his teeth pinching it. "Henrik and Hope Mikaelson... I love it" she smiled. He helped her shower and took her for her daily walk to help her circulation "I can't walk anymore Klaus" she said breathing hard. A witch called for Augustine as Klaus picked her up and sped her to the room relaxing once he laid her down. "Looks like full bed rest for you Care, they're putting too much pressure on your pelvic bone" Augustine said sending the small audience away. "The test came back and they are ready but do you think you can hold off for four more days to deliver?" Augustine whispered. She told them that Bonnie contacted her and that they'd successfully raised Ester. "You did what!" she whisper/yelled. Augustine explained the plan "Bonnie and I will un-link Tunde from the witches he's channeling for power and Esther will kill him but because she is newly risen she wants us to wait until the full moon which is in four days." Klaus and Caroline looked at one another never saying a word having a silent conversation. "I know what you're thinking Caroline, I can survive a few hours of pain if it means that Henrik and Hope will be safe" he kissed her forehead. "The moment this is over she dies Niklaus; I know she is your mother but I won't trade one danger for another and our children will not be her new targets"
