Part 39

Bonnie groaned in her sleep shifting uncomfortably before sitting up out of breath. They watched her carefully as she tried to stand but couldn't "you okay Bon?" Caroline asked going to help her stand. "I have to pee" as soon as the words left Bonnie's mouth a scream followed and water and blood ran down her legs. "Her water broke, call Kol and Augustine Bonnie's in labor!" Caroline screamed. Katarina grabbed her phone and Caroline took Bonnie to her room; Rebekah and Matt stayed with the twins taking them to the theater in the basement to watch a movie. Caroline and Katarina ran a bath with herbs and helped Bonnie into it so she could relax; since her pregnancy was not as complicated as Caroline's she wanted to have a natural birth. Kol was home in minutes and Augustine and Agnes weren't far behind; since Klaus had let her live Agnes had grown fond of the original family and now like her sister assisted them in their times of need. "Looks like she is ready for her debut" Augustine smiled lighting candles and burning herbs in the room for strength and to help with pain. They'd covered the bed and floor and Caroline placed a barrier around the room before she left the room so they wouldn't be disturbed. Kol sat still behind Bonnie wiping the sweat and tears from her face, she'd now been in labor for three hours and was growing agitated. "You're at 8cm, it's almost time" Augustine whispered as she and Agnes produced more herbs to help with her pain. "I don't wanna do this anymore! Just cut it out or give me drugs... lots and lots of drugs! Pregnancy is evil, it should be banned; this is all your fault Kol!!!" she huffed leaning back on Kol's chest squeezing his hand sure she'd broken something but he didn't seem to mind. "You're doing great Bon and it's almost over" Kol whispered softly stroking her hair. "Our baby girl is almost here and this would have all been worth it" he continued soothingly thought she screamed in pain. "Is there nothing you can give her?"

"Not this far in" Agnes said blowing a cloud of thick white smoke in Bonnie's face and she instantly relaxed. "That won't hold long but it will help" she Kol's patted her arm.

"Kol texted, he said not much longer" Caroline reported to everyone. "He said that an hour ago" Rebekah huffed. "She has to push a whole baby out of an opening the size of Hope's fist, that isn't easy" Katarina shuddered remember having Nadia who had now joined them. "It's been almost 4 hours"

"My mom said she was in labor with me for 12" Caroline said laughing at everyone's expression. "I was in for about 6 with Nadia" Katarina shrugged. "Daddy the moon is full can we go play?" Hope asked giving him her puppy eyes and Henrik joined in on it, unable to say no and knowing they were restless from waiting he took them out to shift and run. Caroline went to the kitchen to make them snacks for when the trio returned since they were always hungry afterward and Matt joined her in the kitchen. "So you got what you always dreamed of. Getting married, two kids, big family... you got everything you deserve. I'm happy for you and Bonnie" he said hugging her shoulders. Tiny howls filled the air outside and Caroline and Matt stood looking out of the french bay windows at the three wolves running around the yard. "Klaus' wolf is of course the huge black one, Henrik's is the rusty dark brown one and Hope is the little gold one with the white snout" Caroline pointed out watching them wrestle and roll around with a huge smile. "The big bad hybrid playing tag with his pups. No one would believe it if they didn't see it for themselves" Agnes said from behind them. "Everything went well, they'll be down shortly. I wanted to kiss the little ones but I see they are occupied" Augustine said hugging Caroline before leaving. When the moon began to shift from overhead Klaus, Hope and Henrik came in wrapped in towels and dirty from being outside; Caroline took the kids and after Klaus showered he helped her get them into their night clothes then they went to the kitchen to eat. "My dear family the hottest Mikaelson has arrived" Kol called from the stairs and everyone rushed into the living room where Kol and Bonnie emerged with their daughter and newest member of the family... Sidra Mikaelson
