I Don't Want To Live In The Past
Take all I am and be gone in the morning
I don't want to remember you
Your selfish ways and you're so damn cold, I
I could feel myself gettin' old beside youGettin' old beside you
Gettin' old beside you
Gettin' old beside you
Gettin' old beside you
Gettin' old beside you
Gettin' old beside you
Gettin' old beside you
Gettin' old beside you
Gettin' old beside youYou actually surprised me
By proving everyone else right
That you're all about you
All, all about you
I thought you were good deep down
Even though I know you were fucking around
Behind my back
And I've never been the type to put with that-
I put my headphones back on the stand that it went on and I walked out of the booth. Camila and Normani were sitting by the soundboard, but Normani moved to another chair once I came back in. I grabbed my phone again and stared at the text message. I haven't replied. I haven't decided if I should reply or just delete it. I could feel two pairs of eyes on me but I ignored it. Or at least I tried too. I couldn't once they spoke.
"Either reply or delete it, Y/N." Camila said in slight annoyance.
"Lauren's been asking about you." Camila and my eyes both darted to the darker skinned girl. "A lot lately, actually. If I'm not with her, she's texting me about you, asking if I've seen you, if I've been around Camila and you, if Dinah's been around you and what you've been up to." She sighed, "I think you should talk to her. She seems to really mean it this time."
I could see Camila rolling her eyes in the corner of mine. I ignored it and spoke, "What do you tell her?"
Normani shrugged, "I don't tell her much since I don't really know much. Camila does." She pointed to the annoyed Cuban. "But whenever Lauren asks her about it, she kind of just shrugs her off. So, then she goes to me and Dinah for information. She was even about to call Franki the other day."
I raised my eyebrows, "Seriously?"
She nodded her head, "Yeah. She really wants to talk to you, Y/N."
"Oh please," Camila finally let out a big breath as she spoke. "Her and Noah are fighting." She said angrily. She turned my chair so I'd face her, but I caught Normani shaking her head at Camila, she only ignored it. "They've been fighting since you ran into them on your date with Sky. She tells me about it all the damn time. They're fighting and that's why she's trying to get a hold of you. Like the many times she did after she broke up with you. When no one was giving her attention, she went to you, Y/N."
I leaned back into my chair, "Is that true?" I asked Normani.
She seemed to hesitate for a moment before nodding, "Her and Noah are fighting." She confirmed. "They're fighting, but I don't think that that's why she's trying to talk to you. I think she just genuinely misses you, Y/N. You'll never know though if you don't hear her out."
And at that moment, I turned my phone back on and chose.

Going back to the flat, I ran into Perrie. She was just leaving as I was coming back. She has been here for a little over a week and she only had a couple days left here until she was leaving. She'll be coming back though in a couple months for the wedding. We said our hi and goodbyes, had small conversation when we'd be in the flat at the same time. She was barely ever there though because Emeli had her running through hoops.
