Rain pelted down at her window. She was safe inside under a sturdy roof.

She held another love novel in hand. Her fingers kept the page as she stared at the water running down the glass. It was one of those special times she would be able to stay in her warm bed with chocolate and a good book. She's not like one of those Girl who eat chocolate, read soppy books and cry. She would eat all the chocolate, mess up he quilt and be easily distracted and not read that much.

She normally read two chapters before she was distracted. This time she was distracted by the rain, but there was something bigger on her mind.

Him!

Why him? Why not the perfect day?

He was a friend and she hoped it was nothing more, but deep down she knew she had feeling for him, feeling that she should not have. Still these feelings remained. She reminded herself that it was not love, just the books she had been reading messing with her mind.

But she knew when she went back to school the feelings would build up and some day she won't be able to hide it.

The rain smacked the roof like bullets, he sat at his laptop typing and socialising .

His hands left the keyboard and his eyes turned to something.

Her!

Why her? Why not the messages?

He was her friend and he didn't want to ruin it, but he couldn't stop staring at her picture. He loved her, her hair, her lips and even her nose was perfect.

He didn't think she like him, but he knew he wasn't going to be able to keep it a secret for much longer.

He gave up

She gave up

He typed to her

She typed to him

Those three terrifying words were exchanged

I love you
