A girl walks by happy and freely
She walks down an empty dark alley
She wasn’t focused and wasn’t ready
Tonight she wouldn’t be as lucky
She turned a corner unaware
It was like she walked into an evil lair
and now she was stuck there
The moment she meet his stare
She would have escaped this terrible dream
But he grabbed her and stopped her scream
Then dragged her out the bright moon beam
she should have seen his scheme
Next minute she could taste blood
It was cold and thick just like mud
She must have been wounded
he was surly wicked
She was sure blood would be spilled
She didn’t want to be killed
She just had to stay chilled
and get out before his plans are fulfilled
She sprinted for it
“Keep running, keep running you stupid dimwit”
She was trying to escape and she wasn’t close to quit.
and then she was hit
she had blood in her hair
why did she have to be caught in this nightmare
they have a tendency to give a good scare
this was just plain unfair
Now she was staring into his eyes
The sparkling blue that held many lies
the tear that she wept dries,
This is the moment when she dies
To the heavens she flies
Beyond the tears and above the cries
She looks down from the skies
and says her last goodbyes
