SHEHRY'S POV:
"mami roti banado" Hussain screamed. It was almost 7 and I was hungry too.
"Acha acha bache..thodi dher rukh" she said then Dad walked down into the living room.
"Chalo chalo jaldi tayaar hojao...tumare uncle ke ghar se phone aaya hai" He said. "aaj kahana wah pe kahenge" he said.
"Par kyun?" Mom asked.
"Usne kushi mein bulaya haii" Dad said and I got upset again.
"Dad aap jayein..mera man nahin hai khane ka" I said but he refused to let me stay home.
"chal chup kar ke..mujhe pata hai tu zaroor kush ho jayega" he shaded.
"Kyun...mein kyun kush ho jaunga" I asked confused.
"Chal to sahi" he said and we all went to get dressed.

In a few minutes we left the house and were parked in front of their house. We entered and everyone seemed so happy even Anu. I looked at her but she didnt tell me whats going on.
We sat for a bit when Dad asked what had happened.
"Kya hua..itna kush" Dad asked
"Araay..abhi tere same jo hoti" he said.
"Kya matlab..bhaisaab. Hum samjhe nahin"
"Araay..Paris se Anjali wapas aagayi hai..abhi araam ke liye gayi hai" Aunty said and I almost died of shock. I waited excited to here more on wheterh he was joking ot not.
"Kya bol raha hai" Dad asked.
"Haan woh toh paanch mahino mein aarahi thi na" Mom asked.
"Haan...tha toh che mahino ka course..apr usne theen mahine mein finish kar diye..aur uski shaadi ka waqt aagaye tha..isliye ek mahina yahan se online course karegi" Uncle explained and I was excited to meet her.
"kahan hai Anjali phit" Mom asked excited to see her as much as me.
"Abhi abhi araam karne gayi hi.bimar ho gayi hai thodi" Uncle explained. I had to see her atleast.
I looked at Anu who looked at me hopeless. Then she pointed towards the bathroom and entered the one near the living room.
"Umm aunty bathroom kahan hai??" I asked casually.
"haan beta..yeh raha-araay isme shahid koi hai. upar wale mein chalejao" she said and I got excited to go.
I rushed towards the stairs and each step up, my heart beat faster. What if I was dreaming???
I saw her door and recalled all the memories there.
Without thinking twice I opened the door. And that's when I died. Another boy sat on the bed and Anjali stood her back to me. She turned around hearing the door open and was in shock.
ANJALI'S POV:
I turned around to the sound of the door opening and stood there shocked.
Shehry entered. I hadn't seen him for two months. All my emotions that I had forgotten started to sink back in. He was looking so good. I gulped confused what to say or do. Akshay left the room and Shehry closed it behind him. I gulped staring at him as the past came into my mind.
He walked closer and I back up each step. He took five small steps closer and suddenly we were inches apart.
His hands crept up my shoulders and gripped my face and he slowly moved his face closer near my neck. I closed my eyes not sure what to do. And he gently kissed my neck. I tried moving away but my heart wouldn't let me. Everything that I had forgotten in two months was sulking back in with his touch but then I remembered taani and that they were dating now and I pushed him away.
"Shehry!!"I screamed mad at him not controlling
"Kya?" He asked trying to come closer again.
"Shehry. Dhoor raho" I said.
"Kyun" he asked madly. "Oh mein bhul Gaya. Tum aab mahan ho. Dusro ke liye sacrifice karne Ka tumhe bohot shuank hai na" he yelled at me.
"Shut up Shehry. Mujhe dekhne aaye the na bas. Jao aab" I said and he laughed.
"Tum aaugi mere paas. Aur yeh kya har janam mein meri banogi" he threatened me and left.
I dropped on the bed feeling so insecure about what happened. It took me forever to forget him and today his touch took me a minute to remember everything.
ANJALI BHUL JA I THOUGHT. I had to go meet a guy tmmrw for shaadi that mom and dad liked.
My thoughts went back to the noodles and how Shehry stopped me from marrying that raj guy. I sulked in so confused on what was going on in my life rn. Oh gosh!?!
----------A WEEK LATER----------------------------------
SHEHRY'S POV:
I woke up when something wasn't feeling right. It felt like something bad was gonna happen. I showered to refresh my mind and then was about to head out when Hussain called me.
"Chal kahin bhaar chalte hai???" he suggested and I hesitated. "Kya hua" he asked seeing my hesitation.
"Kuch sahin nahin lag raha yaar?' I said. "Chaal tera maan hai toh chalta hai" I said and we were about to leave when mom stopped me.
"Shehry..kuch chot toh nahin lagi na tujhe" she asked and I was confused.
"nahin toh?" I asked and she seemed terrified and in tension.
"Kuch nahin. dhyaan se jaana beta" she said still scared.
We sat in the car and drove off. "Pata nahin kyun Hussain..mujhe bhi aise lag raha hai ke kuch chot aayegi mujhe..shahid anjali.." I guessed
"Kuch nahin yaar tu chal" Hussain said and we drove off.
