This Can't be Happening Chapter 15

Abby's POV*

Even though Zayn said we will be together I couldn't help but get a feeling we wont be because he might put him in danger or something. An I can't let that happen.

I was finally checked out of this depressing place. Zayn took me home an let me have alone time. I heard my phone vibrate it was Ruby.

*Play safe & sound*

''Ruby where have you been Harry said you haven't called him an you weren't home?'' I said happy she called.

''Get here now. Alone.'' Conway said. Then he hung up.

I drive to the mansion.

I kicked the door open.

I see Ruby she's beat up pretty badly. Conway had a gun to her back.

Ruby muffled something but her mouth was tied up.

''I gave you warning.'' He said.

He pulled the trigger. An Ruby went down.

''RUBY!!! YOU BASTARD!'' I cried

''I will kill them all one by one if you don't do what you need to do.'' He walked out of the house an drove off.

''Ruby! Speak too me Ruby!''

''There are papers..in..in..here.about...about..your dad...he will help.'' She whispered giving me them from behind her..

''RUBY DON'T LEAVE ME!!! PLEASE!!!" I quickly dial the hospital.

''Ruby..Stay awake!''

''Abby it's okay...I think I'm off to a better place.'' She smiles.

''I love you all. Let Harry be okay. An tell him I love him and grams......An Abby..''

''Yeah.'' I said crying.

''You and Zayn will be together someday.. But right...right now it might not work out..stay...strong.....Don't blame yourself for this..Please.. Promise?''She ask.

I nodded crying.

''I'll be in a better world..See.you..there..soo..soon''

She took her last breath on earth and was gone.

''RUBY!! WAKE UP RUBY!!" I cried shaking her.

''Ruby don't leave me.RUBY! I miss you already! RU! BABY RUBY!''

I started to cry again I remember somethings from my childhood how I called her baby ruby instead of baby ruth the candy. An she called me Abby cakes.

I smile. Then cry.

''I'm sorry I remember now an not then...I will never forget you! It is my fault but I will keep your promise..'' I whispered.

''Like you said your in a better place. God gained a angel.'' I cried

I call Harry.

''Harry?'' I said trying to to cry.

''Abby what is it?''

''It..It's Ruby.''

''IS SHE OKAY!''

I started to cry on the phone.

''Me..meet me at the hospital..'' I hung up.

I knew she was dead but there was this part of me saying she's alive.

I see Harry running towards me. ''What happened! Is she okay?'' Harry said in a panic.

I walk over to Harry and hug him and cry on his shoulder. ''Wh...What happened Abby.'' He knew already what happened because of my crying he was going to. but he wanted to hear it.

''I think She's dead..Conway shot her.''

''WHat..'' He said in shock.

''I'm sorry.'' I whispered.

We sat down waiting to see if the doctors could do anything.

''You know the worst part about this.'' I said.

''What.'' Harry said quietly

''That second she left this Earth...I remembered somethings when we were little... I called her Ru. And she called me Abby cakes.'' I smiled.

Harry smiled. ''You guys always did make funny names.''

''We called you curly fry..'' I laughed a little.

''An I remember in the 3rd grade these boys were making fun of me. So you and Liam wanted to go beat them up. So after school you threw snowballs at them. Liam was so mad at those jerks.''

''He was furious! Ahaha. I remember. I picked the bigger guy and I didn't really win so then Louis tried to help.'' Harry smirked.

''An Niall was to afraid, You guys got in so much trouble! No show and tell for you.'' I said laughing.

Harry gave a little smile. It was quite again. ''I miss her all ready.'' I said. ''I saw my best friend die right in front of me and she said don't blame myself and help you and my dad can. I promised her but how can I not..'' I whispered.

''Don't. Conway is just a ass. I knew me and her weren't going to work out... BUt I love her still. But she is in a better place. God gained an Angel. She's probably our guardian angel. And she's happy.'' Harry said with a tear falling.

''I thought you'd work out. Be together till death parts you two. I am going to be there for you. No matter what you're my best friend.'' I said with a little smile. Then wiped off his tear.

We both hugged again. Then the doctor came. ''Is she okay?'' Harry said eagerly.

''I'm sorry, But she is gone.'' He said sadly. ''Can we see her?'' I ask. He nodded.

Harry and I walked in. She looked peaceful. I chocked on the tears. Harry just stares at her just to see if there is a breath coming from her.

He walks to her side and says. ''Hey Ruby, Wake up. Love please.'' He said crying. ''I know your happier but can't I just see you smile or you say my name on more time.'' He chokes it out.

Then a little smile got her face then disappeared. ''Harry come let's leave. That was her good-bye.''
