Joe's PoV:

After the interesting lesson, Troye got a call from his agent asking him to go meet him for some work, so he had to leave. We both said goodbye to the talented singer, before I closed the door of the apartment behind him. Caspar and I were finally alone.

I need to know how much he knows.

I turned around, and walked to the couch that Caspar was sat on, playing with his phone. I flopped down beside him, when suddenly his stomach made a noise.

"You- you're hungry?" I asked, not looking at him, "cause if you are, there is some pizza I had for lunch left in the fridge."

"No," he said softly, "I'm not feeling it."

Caspar passing on pizza?

What?

He then blurted, "I think I'll go to bed."

"It's 8:45," I informed, "what the hell is up with you?"

Caspar turned to me slowly, his eyes filled with...dare I say sadness?

"I'm just tired, professor. It was a long day."

"How so? It should be the opposite, seeing that you went out to have fun with your blimmin friends!" I snapped, folding my legs up in the process.

His eyes widened in surprise at my loud tone, "professor I-"

"No," I cut him off, furrowing my eyebrows at him, "tell me why you were late, now! This is not a game, Caspar. You should be more aware of your responsibilities as a student."

"I take this very seriously, I swear," he said softly, looking down on his tangled up fingers, " I'm sorry."

"Look at me." I said with a strong tone, patting his thigh "Explain. Where did you go? What happened?"

Caspar lifted his face, and studied me for a bit "Lets talk tomorrow," he breathed finally, and started to get up.

No, you are not!

I reached out for his wrist, and sat him back down in anger," you are not going to bed until you tell me what is going on!" I said through gritted teeth.

"Joe, please." He said plainly, his face was completely blank.

Joe?

"I WON'T," I shouted, unable to contain myself  "TELL ME WHAT YOU KNOW NOW!"

"I sang for you," he said in an almost whisper, as I still held on to his wrist, " and you sang for him."

I blinked, as he looked down to his feet, and continued, "I care about you, and you still care about him. The one who you fell for, the one who broke your heart, Marcus."

Marcus, he knows about Marcus.

I knew something was fishy.

My eyes grew wide, as I slowly slipped my hand away, freeing his wrist.

I sighed, "Caspar...how did you know about him?"

He looked up at me, his eyes flickering as if he was preparing to shed some tears, " is that really important right now?"

The boy looked so sad, that it made my heart sink for some reason.

"Can I please go now?" he said in a low voice, shifting his gaze back to the ground," I can't face you right now."
