Third Person POV:
It was the finals, and in each rehearsal package the pros could talk about how much the show has done for them.
Jenna's POV:
I sat down in a chair and watched the screen in the redroom. It was time for Val's package!
"All the people on the show are like my family. Peta is like my older sister. I absolutely love Jenna, Tom is like, a dad to me. Everything is so amazing."
I started blushing, and covered my mouth with my hand so people couldn't see my smile. Does Val really love me? Tamar and Val did their dance, got a perfect score, then came to the redroom. I sent him a text.
Jenna: can we talk in my dressing room? 😁
Val: ...sure 😟
We met and I closed the door.
"Hey," he said nervous.
"So what was that package all about?" his cheeks turned red.
"Um...what about it?"
"You said you 'absolutely love Jenna'. Is that true?"
"Um..yeah?"
"Really?"
"mmhm," he looked at his shoes. I wrapped my arms around his neck. "I absolutely love you," I whispered flirty.
"Good," he leaned in and kissed me. I started giggling.
"What?"
"Nuffinnn."
"No, what?"
"I've had like, a huge crush on you forever." He smirked and kissed my nose, making me laugh.
He went out, and the show finished. Tamar and Val placed third. He walked me out to his car.
"Get in, we are watching movies all night."
"But our flight to GMA is really early tomorrow."
"You can sleep on me during the flight."
"Ok!" I smiled and got in. We arrived at his place and he carried me inside and sat me on his lap on the couch. We started with Pitch Perfect, and the sequel and I kept laughing and snorting.
"Babe, your laugh is so cute, I'm gonna die."
"Val my laugh is gross."
"No, its cute," he kissed my nose and I laughed again.
It was around 2 A.M. and I was half asleep with my head on his chest.
"Baby girl, you're drooling on me a bit."
"Sorry."
I tried to stay awake, but was struggling.
"Go to sleep girlie."
"Ok. I love you."
"I love you more."
"No way."
"Yeah way."
